Huge fans of jersey mikes but had a bad experience recently at this location. One of 4 sandwiches in our online order were... ready upon arrival and no one made any effort to complete the order. The store continued to get busier and busier with no effortto complete our order. Eventually had to leave with only one sandwich. Updated: store manager contacted us and not onlyapologized, but refunded our entire order. Nice to see action taken, which shows they truly do care about the customerexperience. Read more

I enjoyed it and would stop by again. Definitely a step up from Subway. Jersey Mike's slices their meat fresh right in front of... you! Super friendly service guides you through the menu and options. I tried the #9 Club Supreme, which I saw someone in frontof me order. It's got their cooked-in-store Roast Beef (which looked perfectly roasted, not well done!), Turkey, Swiss,Applewood Smoked Bacon (perfectly crispy!), and Mayo along with toppings Mike's Way - with onions, lettuce, tomato, olive oil,vinegar, and spices - and I added jalepenos on fresh-baked rosemary bread. Overall a solid sub, though not the best tasting inthe world. I'd go back when convenient, and I want to try some of the hot subs especially the cheese steaks. Read more
Man used the same gloves he had in to operate the register to make my sandwich. Juices were left on the cutting board from the... order previous to me & the man continued to make my sandwich over the juices. Did not clean off the knife used to cut mysandwich after using it on the previous order. This is a concern for people who have allergies. Read more
