Last Friday I went in to pick up an order and i was shocked at how busy it was. I’m new in town and I have NOT seen anything... like it. From the amount of people dining in and picking up it was packed. I did wait about 15 min for my order but thegentleman at the register was very polite and explained that they were short staffed and he appreciated me and my business whileI waited. We Just wanted to say thank you for the pleasant experience and hospitality, especially when you’re that busy I knowit can be hard. The food was totally worth the wait! you guys have an amazing staff and rock at what you do. We will mostdefinitely be back again next Friday. Read more

This pizza is big time garbage to the fullest! It is cheap, poor quality and they took quite some time to deliver. Dominos is... better tasting - and that is no lie! I prefer Italians making the pizza, not people who don't even eat pork. Read more
For starters there prices are way too high i got a cheese pizza with pineapple & a side of Mozzarella sticks and i payed 30$... that's ridiculous & Then this is the second time they make my pizza sloppy. the pizza was watery & the slices weren't cut allthe way and the cheese was falling apart. Poor service. Sorry this is the last time i will be buying from them. Read more
Doooood c'mon. Did someone forget to buy onions? OR pepperoni, for that matter?!? Edit: I was angry after a long day at work,... this pizza is always dependable. Except they were busy, and I LOVE onion and counted 22 pieces of chopped onion on my pizza.Changed my rating. Sorry for anger review haha. And if you like Hawaiian pie, this is hands down the best. Dave catered... 2 parties for me this week - one for the Monroe Power Network and one for my Keller Williams office. Dave went above and beyondon both counts and did not miss a beat. Planet pizza has one of the most delicious pizzas in Norwalk!!! My family goes weekly for a pie or dinner platters. James who is... usually at the register is very patient as we are often indecisive on what to order because everything is SO good. Highlyrecommend! Read more
