I was going to try KFC/Norwalk, but the customer reviews were absolutely terrible. So, I decided to try the Popeye?s just up the... road (first time ever at Popeye?s). Terrific experience! The chicken was crispy, tender, juicy and tasty (the sides really donot matter as much). Service was friendly and professional, restaurant was bright and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Read more

The store located at 480 Westport Avenue Norwalk Ct 06851.I started to ask for a family deal and I changed my mind so I ordered... a $19.99 11 pcs, tender deal and 4 cookies when I got home I realized I ended paying $53.88 They added an 11 pcs big bundle$26.99 I called and spoke to the manager and he said they will reimburse me for the bundle. Once I came back to the storeMohamed hand me $17 and he said he needs to keep the receipt, I explain to him that I wanted the refund for the $26.99 bundle asagreed with the manager over the phone then he said he can give me no more than $2 extra. I didn't accepted because I feel isnot fair that I got charged for something I didn't order and the order wasn't confirmed at the window. I understand It is a newlocation but I recommend that the manager team review the ordering process, claim protocols and Mohamed definetely needstraining on customer service. He needs to explain to the customers the reasons he has to make his decisions. I have no idea how much FELICIA, the customer service manager, is paid but it's not enough. She is great and you can tell she... enjoys her job. I don't normally eat fast food but I love great service so I'm definitely coming back. BRIAN is great too, hemade sure I didn't forget my BBQ sauce. If anyone from management is reading this give these people raises (or I might offerthem a job at my company) and congratulationson putting g together an excellent team. Read more
