This is the worst location this company has. They lock the door hours before the time that is stated online and on their... voicemail when you call. The door gets locked at 5:45 pm when the hours stated say they should be open until 7 pm. On top of it,the staff is downright rude every time I've ever come to the Norwalk CT location. Read more

I have been drinking Robeks since the franchise practically opened. The last few times I have been to the Norwalk location, I... have been disappointed by the consistency and quality of the smoothie. It has been extremely bland, and lacking the zing offlavor that I so crave when I go in to the store. It seems like the ingredient standards have lowered and it is flavorless. Idrink Passionfruit Cove. In addition, I feel the cup sizes do not equate to the price of the product. In the past the cups weremuch larger. Therefore, between the cup shrinkage and the inferior product, I am will probably look into another option unlessI am contacted to the reasoning. Read more

Error 404... Employees not found. Why is the store closed on a Friday at 11am with the sun out and blue skies above? I drove out... of my way here looking forward to some acai only to find a locked door. Very disappointed Read more

The service is very very slow. I ordered and Avocado with everything bagel seasoning on sourdough and they took 25 minutes to... make it and there?s no one else in store that needed service. After waiting that long. I regretted ordering it because theavocado was young and hard and the stem and piece of the skin was in my meal. Disgusting!!!! I will never go back there again Read more

This location I seem to always have a problem with my smoothies being made wrong and since it's for delivery I'm offered a... refund that NEVER happens! I'm owed 2 refunds so far from 2 separate occasions and still haven't received either! I wouldn'trecommend ordering from norwalk robeks especially if it's for delivery, they will mess up your order and not return your moneyafter promising a refund. Read more

I went to Robeks today and was disappointed. It was close to time to close and the guy was in a rush. I only wanted 2 smoothies... one small & one medium, which takes less than 3 minutes to make. He rushed through making the smoothie and it turned out verylumpy and he didnt complete it, to the point that when I went to sip through the straw, the contents would get stuck in thestraw. I previously ordered the same smooth several times and it was never made like this and it was a turn off. I basicallycould have made it at home myself. Normally they're great, and I've ordered many times. It would not have taken away from himjust to go the extra 1 minute to make sure it was complete. I went to this location about 2 weeks ago ....the staff was in a hurry due to the many people that was inside there.....but I... just wish the cashier had changed her gloves after she counted my money....the same blue gloves was the same blue gloves shemade my bowl with ...I was in a hurry as it was my lunch break but I'm not going back to that location ....I work in wesportso im in the middle of that one and the fairfeild location ...so fairfeild will be my go to for now on ....they rock. I neverhad to question them and they "suggestive sell" ....which I like .....fairfeild has great customer service !!!!! Read more

Wish I had opened the bowl I purchased before leaving. The amount of coconut the employee put in it was absurb, it was on top... and in it, killing the entire thing. It was so bad i attempted to strain the coconut but but there was just no saving it. Read more
