Visited Norwalk again for the Oyster Festival and stopped at this location for lunch. I went with two other friends and the... three of us ordered cocktails which came out quickly and were made well. Then we proceeded to order our lunch; one of theguests had chicken caesar salad, another had the lobster ravioli with shrimp and I had the brussels sprout salad withchicken. I was a little skeptical to add chicken as sometimes grilled chicken is super hit or miss for me... Well, I am soglad I ordered the chicken - it was excellent! All of our meals were eaten with no left overs, and we loved them all! The foodwas fresh and the service was prompt... We talked about other things we would try from the menu when we return. Everythingthat came out to other tables looked excellent as well.... Chicken Milanese, the french fries, and lobster mac and cheese alllooked so good as they were delivered to others. We sat in front of the open windows out onto the street and a large party cameoutside shortly after we were seated and we could hear a lot of their conversation due to their volume but that was to beexpected... And seriously not a big deal. Overall this deserves a visit if you are in Norwalk or passing through, and we willabsolutely return in the event we are in the area again in the future. 10 / 10!! Very poor experience. Ordered a drink and had staff explain to me that they didn’t know how to confirm that my state issued ID... was real. Was treated like a minor trying to pull something over on someone, simply because I look younger than I am. Themanager was very rude and had me sign some intimidating form to /legally/ affirm that my information was correct, because THATis how much they did not want to believe my Government ID. Never in my life have I experienced anything like this. Willabsolutely never be returning again, and have made sure to tell everyone I know about this experience. Read more
After a trip to the aquarium, we had an excellent meal with the family. It was early Sunday evening, and we happened to be... there during happy hour, which was great because the drinks were half price, and so were the oysters! We ended up having threedozen oysters that were delicious! Our entrees were fabulous too, and the drinks and the service were great! Everyone was soattentive and friendly. Perfect, Beautiful & delicious! The food was beyond amazing. OMG Salmon, potatoes & veggies. It melted in my mouth. We came... after leaving the Aquarium around the corner. They have a few cute spots but I’m glad we chose this one. It’s beautifulinside also. There was only one waiter, a Latin gentleman! He was sweet & attentive! Because we arrived early in the afternoonit was only two other groups there. Everything was just right! I’m coming back from Brooklyn just to eat here again as soon asI can. Read more
Came by for brunch a few weeks back with a large party and we had a great time. We were able to sit up front with the French... doors open, which was a great experience on a nice day. Food and service was excellent as well, can't go wrong with bottomless!Will definitely be back in the future. Read more
