One of the worst Starbucks I have been to so far. The employees mock you when you ask for them to change the drink to what you... asked for. I asked for my drink to be in kids temperature but I got the drink searing hot. Mind you, the drink is for my sonit?s a matcha soy latte. After that when we ask them to change the drink, the guy starts smack talking about how we wanted ourdrink changed to be kid temperature and that the temperature on the drink was already just warm. The cup is so hot I can?t evendrink the latte. After that, they hand us a cold drink to mock us, like I paid for this drink I know maybe you had a long daybut all I ask is that you don?t talk about me in front of your coworkers and you get my order right the first time so wewouldn?t have this problem. Nice branch of Starbucks with drive-through and mobile ordering. The option to dine in exists, though the few tables were not... properly cleaned, with crumbs all over. Merchandise attractively displayed and organized. Staff friendly. Bathroom clean, withDyson Airblade and mounted changing table. Parking plentiful in the surrounding lots. I normally don?t do reviews but sadly I feel like I never to this time I being seeing the difference now with all this new... people working there?s no more hospitality they speak to you I guess worst than Mc Donald?s it?s so sad first of all becausethis coffee it?s expensive and they?re not even doing it right anymore I?m so disappointed !
