Ruined lunch! Ask for turkey ranch bacon. w/ swiss But get in bag Turkey Ranch Bacon w/Swiss and then they put American Cheese... and a heap of mustard! Didnt think it was hard to sub type of cheese but maybe it's only me. RECEIPT WAS RIGHT other that theyADDED Swiss instead of SUB (must be si they can charge for it). And pay for the mustard they added that ruined the flavor! NOTRecommended for lunch unless you have extra time to have them redue it, I didn't, I guess they decided I get to pay them so Ican fill a trash can, good thing they did Mot Sticks good but not very good lunch, only eating fried cheese. Had family visiting and when one member went inside to dine in, no clean tables, 3 employees all on their cell phones standing... in back! He decided to not eat there. Really are they not getting paid to clean tables! Got the sandwich, asked for ketchupas the ketchup dispenser was broken. Got package ketchup. :( He was so upset about his experience, he decided to take thesandwich back. Back taste from the dirty atmosphere. Please step up the service & food preparation. first off service is TERRIBLE, food is always cold and I had ordered a 5 piece tender and 2 of them were RAW. It was a Monday... night around 8:00 and I requested a refund from the night manager and was not given one because In his own words thecircumstances for that to happen were unlikely. never eating here again. The quality of service has gone down. finally came back after a month when i was left at the order screen for the drive-thru... after being told "They would take my order in just a minute." I was too courteous and stayed longer than i should have. Theynever got back to me to take my order and i left. Today I order my normal roast beef sandwich with Diet Coke(I'm Type 2). I getmy order and head home only to find out they gave me a the cheddar sandwich and a regular Coke. This convenient place is nolonger convenient. The last two times that I have gone there. They were out of curly fries. This time they were out of nuggets. Also the person at... the intercom for the drive up was incredibly rude. This is the third time the meal has been incredibly terrible. Will never shopat this Arby's again. Look at the picture did I post it up a meal. Looks appetizing doesn't it? Read more
