This location has always been great. On time, delicious, above and beyond if ever an error.
The app said our order would be ready at 5:55, when I showed up, I was told 20 more minutes. I questioned the time and was told... "the app is never accurate". Food was fine, wings were cold, obviously they were ready on time. I wish I could at least get mytip back. Read more
I got the wrong pizza and had to come back. I sat in line for 50 minutes and then given a soggy pizza and whole lot of excuses.... Domino's looks pretty good now! I will not return! Read more
I hadn't had Pizza Hut in years, it's not the same as the pizza hut I remember as a kid with the book it rewards. Pizza took... maybe an extra 10 minutes longer than quoted but they were busy and quality was 10 out of 10 Pizza Hut pizza a few notches abovelittle C's but a few notches below some of non chain pizza joints. Never had an issue until one day I ordered carryout, when I got home I realized it was the wrong pizza, called them, the manager... informed me that they could make a new one but I'd have to go pick it up or I could get a refund, I asked for the refund.....Still haven't gotten it Read more
i used to not like this location so much because i would either get cold pizza or get the wrong stuff. decided to try them again... last year and have gotten correct and hot orders since. can finally say i recommend norwalk pizza hut. Read more
