Best pizza in Norwalk. Even if you live in Des Moines it?s worth the drive. Real brick oven pizza. We order from here about... once a week. Great pizza. Make sure you get an order of the cheesy breadsticks! We love Pyra! Read more

First time we came to Pyra Pizza, because we have been hearing that Pyra pizza is good especially Lasagna and we been waiting... for 45 minutes and I just noticed that it seems they have been forgetting our order. The waitress noticed that I had beenlooking around what is going on why take very long time to wait. and she went to the counter and asked one of the staff, fromthe bar counter area. And one guy seems he knows that he forgot. And right away, he went to the kitchen area and grab one order. We order two lasagnas. and the waitress noticed me that I have been looking and she came up to our table and I asked her, what going on and why our order take forever , first thing that came out of her mouth is to apologise to us. If I could rate at 0 I would! First the service was very poor tons of staff but they were 2 busy talking to each other. Pizza... flavor was average however the crust was beyond floppy. The worst was salads $8 50 for a ceaser salad literally had maybe 3bites. Our first and last time at this local restaurant Read more

Very nice small town Pizza restaurant. Locally own small business. They serve Napoletana Pizza baked in a wood burning brick... oven. We had the Average Joe Pizza and this was very good. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Wait service just need topick up beverages by the middle of the we glass or bottle of beer, so not to put their fingers on the rim. We will be back foranother pie. Read more

Great pizza! About half are white sauce and half have olives. I heard a rumor the flour is imported from Italy. It does tasted... like Roman pizza. Reasonably priced. Was about $48 for two, a beer and dessert. Staff was very friendly. We ordered thegrasshopper ice cream dessert. The ice cream melted fast but the fudge was delicious. Worth the drive. Read more

Good food and friendly service! Owner took time to personally check on us. Nice beer and wine selection. Pizza is 'authentic... Neopolitan' fired in a brick oven. Desserts, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and pizza. Read more
