One star, because I had no choice! Pick up window, time is ridiculous, 10 minutes hahaha, in line for an hour and called... customer service for refund ! Also, main dining closed, no notice on door.. this place, is the absolute worse.. no more,wasting my time. Go to Cass Bravo, food and service 100% better and less for a 100% better food. Read more

Husband and I stopped in. . Looked at product on hot table. Dry chicken only item. No peppers no onions. Ask if we could get... steak (new one). No steak available said no you can only get chicken, so we left. We would have waited it was early evening.Employee could careless. Read more

Everyone working was super nice and professional, it was the other customers that were appalling. Some man was even swearing at... the women working. This is a brand new restaurant, of course there are going to be issues to work out. Our food was hot andexactly what we ordered. If people don't have any patience then maybe they should stay home and prepare their own food. Read more

Very slow and unorganized. Placed the order through mobile app. There were just as many mobile orders as there were people... inside, yet they had 4 people working the inside line and only 1 on the drive through pickup. When I arrived, only 2 min aftermy pickup time, I was told it wasn?t ready and to pull forward to the designated spot and it?d be bright out. This wad for twoburrito bowls. Waited 20 min. Finally went inside and saw the circus that was going on. Eventually got someone?s attention, andlo and behold, my order is sitting right there. Got home and open them up, and they were missing multiple things. Not surprisedabout the current 2.8 star rating. Read more

Went inside to order and waited 30 minutes which was expected because it just opened but the cashier seemed clueless and was... standing around. When I got home with my food (I live 5min. Away) my food was very cold my chips seemed a bit stale and my ricewas way too under cooked it was hard to chew. Definitely prefer Sandusky Chipotle. Hope they fix the kinks. Read more

The food was good and what I would expect from any Chipotle, but the drive thru management is abysmal. I waited for almost 45... minutes in the drive thru. When I got to the window I was able to just immediately receive my order. Most of my waiting wasbecause people were allowed to sit at the window and wait if their food wasn't ready. This line could be way more efficient ifyou would just make them get back in line! Don't make my food sit on the shelf because someone else has poor time management. Read more

Ordered at 11:30, was supposed to ready at 11:50. At 12:25 I?m still in line for a mobile order. The business concept is ?fast... casual?. I could have sat down for lunch somewhere faster. It doesn?t take but 2 minutes to slap some rice, meat and veggies ina bowl! Read more
