I can't rave enough about the wonderful time I had here. Me and my grandma came in for lunch and the staff was so kind and went... out of their way to make it just an exceptional time. Read more

Got the buffet, was pretty good. Needed a little more variety like a tower pizza or something. It was a lot of pepperoni and... another topping pizzas. Read more

Went to buffet today there was dried out pizza and only 3 fresh ones out. 1 fresh one was burned. Barely any cheese or toppings... on them now. The subs were like a rock and salad bar was disgusting. Mushrooms looked old and lettuce brown. No specialty pizza. One pizza tasted wet. Only good pizza was the Dutch apple pizza. Besides the part of burning your hands on the pizza spatula.Whatever you call it. lol Don?t wanna go there again. Price went up for buffet that?s doing less for the customer than beforeCoVid. Went to the buffet for the first time in a long while with VERY low expectations and they were still not even remotely met. Last... time we ordered pizza as takeout, it was the worst pizza in town, but the buffet used to be better so we wanted to give that atry. Nothing but clearly old and dry pizzas up with the combination of the same 3 toppings in thin crust or thick. Waited abouthalf an hour for new pizzas that came up as we were about to leave. Didn't eat anything, each of us took 3 sips of our drinksand then paid a wondrous $7.50 for those sips and left. Amount is because we still tip 25%, but wow do I regret coming here. Icould have gotten better pizza elsewhere much sooner for the price of our drinks alone. I'm not even angry, I'm just reallydisappointed. I really did use to love this place a lot. Read more

I do NOT ever complain publicly about a local owned business but I?m so over the horrid customer service the last few months at... East of Chicago. Our address (while in town) does not show up in area for the local pizza places. The managers always have toover ride it. Tonight I called and after placing my order the girl told me we were undeliverable. I explained the situation andwas told ?the computer says your out of area we can?t deliver to you? Now I?m getting frustrated as we have ordered from hereNUMEROUS times in the past two years- just last week also. I tell her this and now she says I have to talk to the manager. Themanager gets on the phone and has me repeat my name, number, and address. Then asks what I want to order AGAIN ??????????? Isaid ?seriously I just went through this with the other girl?? Her response was to tell me they are refusing me service becauseI?m yelling. I was not yelling. I was frustrated. We live two blocks from there. We order FREQUENTLY, don?t complain when ourorder is messed up, and tip the drivers well. Then she hangs up on me. My husband calls and tries to calmly talk to her (whilein the background someone is saying ?just hang up on them?) and she slams the phone down on him. I guess since her ?uncle ownsthe place? she can be rude to and refuse service to customers that have spent a ridiculous amount of money there. Pizza Post,Marcos, and Pizza Brothers can all attest to us being loyal, polite, and well tipping customers (they all love that I don?tcook????) So our business they will continue to get. And a tip for those in customer service- being rude to a customer willNEVER fix the situation, only make it worse. Read more
