I was given a Mccafe cup (22 oz), I ordered a large number one meal, root beer as my drink. After noticing the issue I went back... to the location asked for a large mcdonalds cup (30ozs) at the counter. A woman in a Grey shirt stated "All the large cups arethe same size, 30oz, as of this week we transitioned to using all the same cups." Whilst offering another mccafe cup. I told herthe cup given to me was hardly 20 oz, after realizing she lied and had no interest in correcting the mistake, I left themcdonalds. I don't want anything for the inconvenience, I just want the owner or the powers that be to know that their employeesare cheating customers out of what they paid for and are willing to stand by a lie without skipping a beat. McDonald?s can be wonderful if it?s hot. When everything has been sitting and you ask for fresh but they drop the same food back... in the fryer it?s very disappointing. Told to pull up into the pick lane. 2 others in front of me and 1 pulled up behind. The 2 in front got their orders then I was... approached with the wrong order, for the one behind me. He even asked what it was that I ordered. I waited another 15 minutes,was already there for nearly 10 at that time, and no one came out. My mistake was not taking the receipt when asked if I wantedit, so I couldn't go in and say that you didn't give me my meal. This is a really nice McDonald?s. It looks like it was recently refreshed. It?s lobby is open late which is nice.
Spend more time waiting in front of the store than you do in line. I wonder why
I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front ready to take the food order. Which I thought was nice rather than the machines.... She was very polite and prompt, she brought my food out and was very helpful. Best McDonald's experience I have had in a minute.We were there Thursday 26 that morning around 10 for breakfast! Mobile to go order of a 4 piece happy meal and drink took 10 mins to come out and then they didn't even put the fries in.
