I?m sorry but my recent visit with Sidelines was not a great one. We arrived before two other tables, they were served their... food about 15 minutes before we were. One member in our group got the Kansas City chicken and it was burnt to a crisp. I?m notjoking when I say that it was so over done she could not bite into it ????. Our food all was over cooked. The server could seeour frustration and maybe didn?t want to deal with how upset we were. She said the cook was making another sandwich for themember of the group to go. So he knew it wasn?t right, but still sent it. Very upsetting she didn?t offer to take monies offbills or anything. The sandwich was $13 and not worth that price at all. Read more

Food was okay at best; service was terrible. We was forgotten multiple times. Took a half hour just to get all our drinks and... put in our order then another half hour to 40 mins to get our soggy cold food. Was adequately staffed for the few tables thatwas there. Read more
I NEVER leave a negative review for ANYTHING but here goes. I will never order over the phone again because every time I do... something is either missing or wrong. The most recent mess occured on my birthday. I called the store and ordered twoappetizers, a pizza and a grilled chicken sandwich with coleslaw for myself. I paid for my order(and tipped well) and I foundwhen I got my food home that I had two appetizers, a pizza, and a grilled cheese sandwich. When I ordered, the person taking myorder read it back to me and it was correct. So sometime between reading it back to me and making it, I ended up with a grilledcheese sandwich for my birthday meal. When they get the food right, it is delicious but they just can't ever seem to get ourentire order correct. Read more
We came.to sidelines it one favorite places..we waited to be seated 10 minutes .then when we orderd are food .Carolina cube and... perch sandwich and burger with cheddar. We got everything but the burger it took 15 minutes ..the waitress forgot to put itin.ended haveing to ask another waitress for refill .and boxes...while original who just started kept laughing when shewalked.away unprofessional.. First of all, our total came to $50 for 2 people to eat. That?s absolutely ridiculous. We got pickle bread, Mac and cheese, a... chicken sandwich and 2 cocktails. Literally NONE of it was good, not a single thing. The pickles on the bread weren?t like anyother pickle I?ve ever tasted, Mac and cheese was just noodles and melted cheese??, the chicken sandwich was 100% frozen Tysonchicken from Walmart and it was UNDERCOOKED, the fries with ?cheese? were chalky and unsalted and even the ketchup tastedexpired. The alcohol was horrible, I?ve never had such a bad mixed drink. And the water tasted like toilet water ???? all in alla horrible food experience. Read more
