Staff apparently doesn?t know how to ring up a kids meal so we were left paying so much more than needed. The person training... the other one was the person that didn?t even know what she was doing. A customer behind us was also charged for a footlong subfor a cup of chicken. What a joke. Read more

Six people walked out after standing for 36 minutes while the boy working chatted it up with four lovely girls while slowly... making their sandwiches. Not fast service. He was literally standing there with undone sandwiches just talking and talking andlaughing and not doing anything. After waiting in car my teen daughter walks in and he tells her to go away as they apparentlyknow each other. She?s 13. We left and so did everyone else. Being friendly to customers is different then flirting, chattingand being rude while waisting people?s time. Bet if the manager was there he would of done his job properly. Read more
