Not open at 7:00 a.m. went somewhere else to eat. Looking at other reviews you read a lot about the internet being down and they... only accept cash. That's a fast food scam they're actually pocketing the money. I've seen it five or six different times acrossthe country. Take an order take the money you don't ring it up. Read more
Order my food drive through, give the girl my card, wait ten minutes for her to tell me their internet is down they cant help me... unless i have cash. Things happen but no sign or concern for customers time is a bad look. Read more
I have no issues with this location during the day however, it?s frustrating that this location closes at inconsistent times on... any given day (usually weekday). Prior to actually heading to this location, I called at 10pm on a Tuesday night to see whattime they were closing and the lady on the phone said midnight. I arrive at 11:20 and the taco bell sign wasn?t even lit up, norwas the drive through menu. I understand there may be staffing issues but if that is the case, don?t lead customers to believeyour products/services are available when they are not. Was charged .55 cents for a side of sour cream that is suppose to be two squirts in a container and I only got one. And a few... days before I ordered two sides of sour cream I ended up getting one side of sour and a side of nacho cheese. Is this how theyare offsetting the increase of everything? Everything was rung up correctly so who ever prepared the order must not know how toread the screen. The Taco Bell in Norwalk Ohio used to be the best fast food restaurant years ago. I have no idea what happened over the last few... years but the service is so bad everybody calls it ghetto Bell. They never keep to their hours of operation I stopped goingthere because most of the time they're closed when I go there even when their hours of operations says they're open. Read more
Taco Bell can't get an order straight if you told him you'd pay him a million dollars I don't think I've ever gotten the right... order from there they supposedly brought back the pizzas they're on the menu but they say sold out now you're trying to tell meyou're sold out of tostadas and tortillas and beans and ground beef ????????
