Enough with the "we're short staffed" excuses, everywhere is. Start taking responsibility for when you guys make mistakes due to... your own errors. The past 3 times there's been an issue such as completly forgetting to make my drinks or losing my order printout and instead of asking for the drinks again, girls just decided to keep helping everyone else including those after me untilI said something. Excuse was "we're short staffed." Mmk enough of that, being short staffed doesn't excuse you from doing yourjob poorly and has 0 correlation with if you lose a receipt or forget to make coffees. That's on YOU. Maybe once the girlsworking here stop using lame excuses for their shortcomings and actually improved on them, things would get better. Howeverthat's obviously not going to happen and it's just become increasingly worse. Stop chatting with each other about things thathave 0 to do with work when you have a lobby full of people and a line in the drive through. Maybe then youll notice the peoplewho you've forgotten to help ????. And especially stop using staffing as your reasoning for messing up. Own it, apologize,improve. That's how businesses get better with or without the proper staffing. I advise people to just avoid this locationunless you have 20+ minutes to spare. Read more

They allow me to get a sm coffee in a medium cup so it doesn't spill while driving. Staff are all pleasant and smiling. A... "Smile" can change your someone's mood or day! Read more

Never had a Dunkins mess up so many orders in a row. They messed up either me or my wife?s coffee every day for over a week. Not... even exaggerating. Started going up the street, they only mess it up half the time. They?re not difficult coffees, just icecoffees with flavors, cream and sugar. They always either forget the flavor, or give you the wrong size. Read more

every time I go here they mess up the order, charged for items not received but not about to wait an additional 10 minutes to... get it fixed, never have an issue with the dunkin neighboring this facility, 10 minute wait for drive through with 5 cars in it,today they mismade the order, didn't provide the cold foam while still charging me for it, the employee working drive thruactually grunted at my grandfather when he ordered. *Some of the employees are very friendly and make the ordered items perfect. *With 2 of the girls, the drinks shouldnt be 2... inches from the top of the cup and they definitely shouldnt be pushed into my hand, spilling the drinks all over the place,including on the door of my vehicle. *There are a couple of girls that really shouldn't work with the public. Those 2 have nopersonality and are borderline rude. Read more

I've been going once a week since covid and I keep getting the problem of my coffee being messed up. Either there's no oatmilk... or no liquid sugar or today I got neither and I have to go to work I don't have time to get it fixed.
