They were not only rude but got our order HORRIBLY wrong. The fries were FREEZING COLD! I only live 5 mins away so there is no... reason for that. The lid on the HOT coffee we order came off and almost spilt all over my brother. They forgot our sauce andnapkins. I feel that if you pay for a meal you should get what you order and not what the workers feel like making or notmaking!! So dissatisfied!! Read more

Pulled into the parking lot with a school bus with 10 students, 1 coach and myself at 6:54 pm on Thursday evening. There... happened to be a parent of one of the students in the McDonalds. Parent reported to me that when the employees saw the bus pullin they RAN to the entrance door and locked it and ran to the door that separates the McDo adds from the gas station and stated,We are not serving a bus. They told the students at the door that the lobby was closed. Lobby hours shown that the lobby closesat 7:00 pm. This person is passed! There were only 12 people to serve. 10 of which were hungry students who had just competedin a track meet!! DON'T MESS WITH MY KIDS!!!!!! Read more
What a horrible experience. Over a 30 minute wait in drive-thru and they don't even have their menu boards up, so good luck on... figuring out what you want to order and what you expect to pay. The employee who gave me my food never smiled or said aword...an apology for the long wait and a coupon for next visit due to the wait would have been appreciated. Then I drive offand take a bite of a few fries. ICE COLD and soggy. Absolutely ridiculous and there's no excuse for that. Paying over $10 for aburger and fries (literally nothing else) and waiting over 30 minutes for food with the worst possible customer serviceimaginable = no more business from me until the franchise owner cleans house here. This McDonald's is super Meh but all the post apocalyptic caution tape ads a nice touch.
Waited 25min in the drive thru with one car infront of me. Needs some serious help and new managment.
