The last three times I have gone to this location, I have waited in line for so long that I've had to leave and find other... options. Most recently, after a long day of traveling, this taco bell was open until 9pm. It was 8:36 pm, which left plenty oftime, I thought. I waited in the drive-through lane until about 8:45pm and had only moved one car length. I was about to parkand walk in because I saw a family in the dining room. There was an employee also sitting inside. That employee was sittingthere to unlock the doors and let people out, but would not let anyone in. By 8:50, an employee with a headset came to the door,just looked at the cars and shook their head. By 9pm, there were still 5 cars in line to order, and about 5-6 cars that hadalready ordered, still waiting to get up to the window. I had moved the pace of 2 cars in 25 mins. So i left. I didn't need tacobell that badly. The other two times this happened to me, I left the drive-through for similar reasons. Even if you get yourorder in, the wait time is unreasonable. Read more

Placed a mobile order from work, 15 mins away...got there and (yes they were busy), still no movement. Took another 20 minutes... of waiting. I was handed the food, and it took 10 MORE minutes for them to figure out the drinks. I could have filled the cupsmyself in the lobby in less time...and the food is getting COLD while I'm stuck waiting!! This location seems to only careabout Door Dash/Uber Eats orders. The staff also looked confused, unorganized and under managed. The contact us button on theirweb page is also not working...so seems like the problems are worse than this. This was a 5 star review but it is now a 1 star because they have gone so far down hill. As a door dasher this is one of the... restaurants in this area that make it almost impossible to do my job. They close the dining room and won?t give the orders inthe drive through. As I am writing this I have been waiting out front for 30 minutes after I waited in the drive through for 15minutes. You do the math, upset customers and drivers. I find it mind blowing they get paid $16-$17 and hour for this. Updatingmy review. Nothing has changed. They couldn?t care less. Bad service and bad manners from employees. Management doesn?t careeither. They see customers and dashers standing around not being helped. Read more

I haven't had Taco Bell in . . . I bet it's been 10 years! I thought I would get a couple of soft tacos for the ride home. I... took one bite and it tasted rancid . . I opened up the taco . . the lettuce and tomato were rotten. Bad . . Bad . . Bad . .Never Again! Read more

We went through the drive thru. It was a good thing we must have sat in line for 10-15 minutes. That was being only third in... line. In all fairness the food was hot and appetizing! They need to revisit the class they gave their employees on fast food. Read more

Lousy customer service. Can't get the order correct. 3 times I went and all 3 times I got the wrong order. I ordered a nacho... cheese Doritos and got a normal taco shell all 3 times. Just a poorly run place. If you want the wrong order, this is your goto place. Read more

Changed to 1 star. The most experienced guy that ?should be the manager that does everything? is complaining with customers... about how bad the employees are, instead of actually helping with orders. People are waiting over 45 mins for dine in. Orderedall at the same time and orders coming out at different times. Staff is under managed and don?t know how to operate a rush. You can see the most experienced employee not helping out and chatting with customers waiting on how bad the wait is. Read more
