Has a nice late lunch so the restaurant was quiet. Food was very good. We enjoyed ourselves.
We choose 99 a lot because of the great variety on the menu, and the cheap draft beer. This 99 was close to Mohegan Sun where... our kids were at a concert. Our waiter, Chris, was a delightful guy who made us laugh the whole night. The steak tips wereawesome as usual, and my sister had the Vermont burger which was super tasty. These fake positive reviews really lead me to a ginormous waste of time and money. Terrible staff, depressing atmosphere, sad... stale popcorn as an appetizer, all to lead up to microwaved entrees. Steak was practically rubber. The potatoes were fromanother planet, and not in a good way. Everything about this place will just bum you out. One of the worst restaurants I?ve everbeen to in my life. Overall we had a good experience. On a Saturday night, we didn't have to wait long for a seat. Our server was friendly and... attentive. One of the people at our table got a sweet deal of seafood and desert, and it all tasted very good. I got a shrimpand steak combo. My steak was overdone, and they brought my shrimp out later, and it was rubbery. The other people in our partywere happy with their meals. I am giving it 4 stars over three because the service was that good, and because I seemed to be theonly one with a less than stellar meal. Read more
They stopped making my favorite. Short ribs mac and cheese. Their other dishes were ok.I'm going to miss this place. Every time... I was in the area. I had the Short ribs. Wasn't too pleased last time I was there. Their to go was definitely smaller that thedine in. Read more
I have to hand it to ya, the dinner I had was phenomenal. I got steak and stuffed shrimp. At first glance I was disappointed to... not get butter or lemon with my stuffed shrimp. But once I had a bite. DIDNT NEED IT. The steak was my biggest fear, usually atsuch a low price it?s leather. But this steak was juicy, flavorful and tender. Better than prime 82, who charges double for justthe steak. To the boys in back, keep doing what your doing!!! Great work 99, and give those chefs a raise I do have to admithowever , while the asparagus was perfectly cooked and seasoned it would have been 10 times better without the mustard. Read more

Jen was our server, very nice and good at her job. Food was reasonable priced, came out in a reasonable time and was very... filling and tasty. I had the lunch special, Nashville chicken sandwich. With the exception that it wasn?t very spicy at all, itwas really good. Read more
