The first time I ate there I had a delcious meal. The second was good too. Last night when I ate there, it looked as if ALL of... the food that they were serving from the metal containers had been sitting in there for a very long time! The food was driedon the inside and out of the containers. Because I was starving, I bought something. I returned it because it was disgusting andthe meat was dry. The employee that made it told me she was new. No other conversation no refund, no apology. I started goingthere because of a girl that I tutor, she has Autism, Chipotle is her favorite restaurant to eat. We will have to figuresomething out as I will not be purchasing anything there again. I have given this place a few chances but what a miserable establishment. You can tell the workers don't want to be there at all... and it's like you are torturing them by trying to get a burrito. Then somehow I got charged 32 dollars for my 10 dollar salad.The place is still reasonably busy after 7pm yet it did not appear there was any supervision around. Read more
I love Chipotles. I'm actually in one right now. It reminded me to write this bad review which I've been meaning to do for... months. Every once in a while I check in on this location to look at their meat, as always, EVERY SINGLE TIME, the meat isover cooked and dry. Someone has got to show them how to cook or tone down their stove. I tried it just once and it was as dryand overcooked as I thought it would be by just looking at it. I also felt sick afterwards. The food was great and ladies room was clean. There was one girl working the dining room and had a line while the togo line... had no one with 3 people standing there. When my date and I went to sit down and all the tables were dirty. We asked a the blondgirl working the togo line about the tables being cleaned and she said someone would get to it. Then continued herconversation with who seemed to be a co workers girlfriend. The girl working the dining room was very friendly and even with aline she smiled and attentive. Read more
Quite possibly the worst chicken in a salad I've ever had in my life. It was overcooked and dried out. I got the keto salad bowl... with chicken and my husband got the high protein bowl with very small pieces of overcooked, old steak and a sauce that was toospicy to eat. This was our first time getting food from Chipotles and I will definitely not be getting it from the Norwichlocation again, unfortunately. Read more
There was a long line which is fine and all I'm patient but when I got up to give my order they all of a sudden had no more... cheese they ran out and no queso which was extremely disappointing sense I waited so long in line I got a salad bowl anyways andfound hair in it after I went to eat it. Second time ordering and they forgot all my sides for the ?quesadilla?. They also put the wrong meat in the bowl that we... ordered. We experienced the same on our previous visit. This is the worst chipotle location by far. Read more
I came in today because I received the wrong items when I ordered through the app the previous day. I dread speaking to someone... when there?s a mistake. I forgot to get his name, but the manager tonight was a seemingly pretty young man. He was very kind,professional and respectful and made my dread disappear. I?m happy to see someone as manager so young who deserves it. Mistakeshappen and they fixed what I needed. The other staff was friendly as well. Thanks guys! Read more
