Everytime we go there they find a way to mess up our order! Bacon avocado toast without bacon? Itens missing in the order? The... donut is ALWAYS upside down in the bag!! It didn't happen once, something happens EVERY single time at this location. Drive afew minutes more and go to another Dunkin, this is not worth your stress. Read more
This Dunkin Donuts ruined my life . I?m 33 weeks pregnant and I just wanted some strawberry donuts . My husband has a thick... accent so the guy taking the order at 9:00 Am this morning (Monday) either pretended to know what he was saying , ordeliberately put the wrong order in the box . My English is perfect but I couldn?t speak for my husband because I am extremelysick so when I opened the box to find poop colored donuts , I gasped . The employees are the reason this location ruins lives ,but this job isn?t easy . I blame corporate Goliaths destroying our workforce , forever crushing work ethics , and the spirit ofmen . It doesn?t have to be this way anymore . Asked for a coffee light and sweet,I got what looked like used motor oil,tasted like it too,couldn't drink it
I hate this, I drive all around looking for a Dunkin and I find one that closes in an hour and they cannot serve my drink cuz... they cleaned the espresso machine early". So your telling me you can't make more after it's clean Or,what, this is ridiclous.So now went to Starbucks and you lose your customer and sale and we're just so sick of going here and the laziness comes outsimply cuz they wanna clean it early. Went through the drive thru and ordered their iced holiday latte because I had a coupon, when I got to the window it wouldn't... work so the cashier got the manager so she came up and looked and said "no you didn't get whip cream so it isn't the correctdrink" ( now mind you she took the order). so I said ,"well I didn't order it without, it wasn't even asked" and all she wouldsay is "nope there's no whipped cream" and walked away and I could still hear her running her mouth that it wasn't their faultso I said "maybe not, but it is your fault how you handled it, you could have just adjusted it by either adding the whippedcream or changing it on the order but chose to not acknowledge your mistake and walk away". Just very disappointed, honestly Ifyou choose to be an awful person find a job where you don't have to deal with people. Sadly will not be returning to that storeagain. Read more
