I love to go with my two adult sons to eat at Harp & Dragon. They always have good food, drinks and everyone is super friendly.... Their prime rib and house smoked chicken wings are superb, and they have THE BEST Tiramisu in Connecticut. Highly recommend! Read more
The quality of the food is excellent, but the portion size of the entrées in comparison to the price don’t add up. I ordered... two stuffed chicken entrées to go. After arriving home and opening up the containers I felt ripped off. I received a happy mealportion in a mega meal box. Read more

Went here in a Saturday evening around 5:30pm and the place was basically empty (now I understand why). No one greeted us when... we entered and we had to ask where we should sit. We ordered the house chips for an appetizer. The chips were decent. But the socalled bacon and blue cheeses dip was more like a thin sauce with some bacon bits and a strong maple flavor (not what I wasexpecting at all). My wife ordered the Pub Burger which she enjoyed, however the fries that came with it were not as good. Iordered the so called "Shepherd's Pie". Where to begin. First, it should not be called Shepherd's Pie but rather Cottage Pie, asit was made from ground beef. Speaking of the ground beef....it had zero flavor on it's own. Second, it had a gravy made fromGuinness. Shepherd's Pie usually doesn't have a gravy. Lastly, they threw some corn and put a dollop of mashed potatoes on top.It basically reminded me of a KFC bowl (see photo). Not sure what they were going for with this. Whatever it was ..they missedthe mark. I can not speak to the drinks or bar at Harp & dragon, as we did not order drinks or see the bar. Just call medisappointed with this establishment. Read more
Great place to stop in for a drink and a bite to eat. Right downtown about ten mins from the casino. Great service and great... food. Good atmosphere and very classic pub style. The fried caprese salad was amazing. So was the potato cakes, prime ribsandwich, and philly steak sliders. I definitely recommend ???? Read more
It’s never easy finding a prime rib on a Monday but we found it! Not the best I have ever had but it was delicious. The... portion was perfect (I ate it all ????) but you paid for it for sure. Waitress was adorable and dressed for Halloween. Allaround god visit. Will come again Read more
