Absolutely horrible gave me wrong order I called back they said the manager was in the bathroom and had me on hold for 37... minutes then while I was on hold I called with another phone they wouldn't answer I'm a small business owner been open in townhere 10 years I'll never go their again. A hidden gem in Norwich! It was a joy to watch a masterclass in sub creation. Location was clean and attractive. We were... greeted upon entering, as if this was our local shop. We got a couple Italians and a club. All ingredients were extremelyfresh and absolutely delicious. The meats and cheeses were perfectly sliced and it was just fun to watch. Normally get good service here but I visited at 5:00 pm tonight and kid finishing the grinders didn?t even know what Mike?s way... was. When I questioned him he said it was Mike?s way . So I thought maybe I missed him soaking my sandwich with vinegar and oil. So I paid and left . Got home and found my grinder made the wrong way . No oil or vinegar just dry .Not happy. ???? Read more
We walked into Jersey Mike's at 8:40pm mean while one of the employees just finished mopping the floor, we apologized for... walking on his wet floor didn't get a response from him,then we walked up to the counter to order and stood there for a fewminutes before asking if they were still open knowing before hand that they're open until 9pm, the woman behind the counter saidyes for a few more minutes,never asked us what we would like,just stood there looking at us,I guess that was our cue toorder.One of our subs was perfect while mime was made on stale bread. I usually have a good experience here but this visit wasthe worst,I doubt I'll ever return to this location. Read more
