Not all McDonald's are the same! This particular one has improved in the past 6 months to a year, especially the late night... drive thru which has been moving the customers through at a nice pace & making my delivery job sooo much easier. I can'thonestly rate their food, cuz I don't eat much fast food. .so I'll give a neutral rating based on customer requests and orders. Read more

The person taking payment could barely speak English. We had to wait quite a bit for a place that was not busy. We ordered three... double cheeseburgers. ALL three were made sloppily, there were no pickles or onions on one , ketchup and mustard were scarce.Not a pleasant experience Read more

I don't even want to give the one star show up at 930pm dining room supposed to be open until 10pm doors already locked but 2... customers walked out as we pulled up. Absolutely disgusted with they way the employee spoke to us when asked why it's closedearly. This is not the first time we have come here around 9pm and dining room is closed. This is unacceptable behavior. Ifthere is a legitimate reason for it there should be a sign posted to the doors as to why it's closed early and apologizing forthe inconvenience but no the staff here can't even have the decency to post a sign letting customers know it's closed early.Something needs to change. SO...Most McDonald's restaurants have decent Drive-Through Service...THIS particular McDonald's has surpassed my expectations!... Their Drive-Through Service is EXCELLENT, they are friendly, kind, & courteous, and they genuinely CARE about getting your Orderout, correctly, and on-time! This Staff is WONDERFUL! Keep up the outstanding work, Folks! I will, DEFINITELY, be returning, tothis McDonald's, in the near future...I will ALSO recommend this McDonald's, to all of my friends, & family! Had an emergency with wife here at backus hospital, ran outside to get 2 crispy chickens apparently they forgot to mention they... where out of lettuce mayonnaise and cheese........got chicken only with bun not going back but very disappointed next time imchecking everything in the window thoroughly.
