Moes is good, for a full stomach. A tier above mcdonald's and taco bell. Food quantity for the price is excellent and fairly... fresh as well. Its like a cheap knock off of an excellent Texas taco truck except its brick and mortar run by nervous or rudeteens or even worse a middle age person unable to get a job anywhere better. Read more
Very hit or miss. The staff is usually pleasant enough, the ingredients are more often than not incredibly dried out. My most... recent order had carnitas, which was like shriveled scraps of jerky and hard to chew. It must have been about time for a shiftchange maybe. All the toppings were scarce and they did not refill anything. Portions were pitifully small. I got a homewreckerbowl and when I opened it at home, it was missing three ingredients and there was just over two tablespoons of rice in the wholething. Has been over a year of them lying about their menu prices. Everything is at least a full buck over this price, they will blame... the general manager about how they are waiting on the new menus they ordered but as you can see this is electronic menus. Don'tget swindled, they are praying on people not looking at the prices at the register and hope you don't notice. Regular lineemployees were nice enough but anyone of management tries to lie and demean you. Never coming back and actively warning anyoneagainst going to this location. I love Moe's but this location and management is beyond terrible. That's not to mention them nothaving half of their products due to incompetence. Avoid like the plague. Read more
Horrible customer service. Ordered online and showed up 10 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. I walked and... there were only 2 other customers in the establishment. These two customers were together. I was in the process of politelyasking where to pick up my order when i was cut off mid sentence and told it wasn't ready yet. She went back to doing what shewas doing and didn't give me a time frame. I left and came back 20 minutes later. At that point, I no longer had time to eat. Iwent and got my order and as I was leaving the worker sarcastically yelled out things to me like "Have a nice day" etc. Ifinally got annoyed and replied that I had no problem with the wait but do have an issue with how she talked to me. I heated myburrito up later on for my next meal and realized they didnt put the sour cream or grilled onions in my order. Extremelydisappointed by the service and the incorrect order. Read more
Moes is apparently having a hard time filling orders correctly through their online ordering. Apparently the reason they make... food in front of the customer is because their employees are incapable of reading what is on food from a list. My order that ipaid for double meat and bacon as well as queso inside had none of which not to mention i ordered no rice and it was loaded withrice. If anyone wants a meal made the way they want it i would not suggest ordering from MOES online. Read more
Fair prices, food taste good, service was okay. This location is on the small side and it gets busy fast. This place was clean... for the most part and the staff were friendly and polite. Moes is the subway of tacobell and that is what you should expect whenyou go. Read more
Better than taco bell and jojo's for Mexican food round this area. Decent food. My main complaint tho is it seems on who is... working to get a coupon honored, even tho I attempt to use the same legit coupon, I should not have to attempt anything itshould be honored all the time. Read more
