Arguing with a customer over a missing part of their order isn't exactly what people are paying for, especially when the problem... could be easily solved. The woman handing out the orders needs a lesson in customer service, as I also work in retail andwouldn't dream of being so rude. No apology from her for her mess up or the way she denied the issue, so I guess you'll lose usover some measly fries. Used to be really good with the former owners, but I guess that's changed. I legit just called to place an order and 11/4 @ 8:16pm the guy who answered the phone was so completely RUDE!! He was like... yup...anything else with such an awful attitude like I was being so inconvenient to have called 45 minutes before they close fora salad!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Read more
My husband made an online order lastnight for dinner. We saw a very large option menu and decided to try for the first time plus... location was convenientfor pickup. He ordered BBQ wings but after getting home he noticed it was Buffalo. The sauce tasted alittle sour but thought nothing of it and not wanting to return back to the restaurant he decided to try them. My husband anddaughter got sick after eating them and sadly my daughter got a small allergic reaction to the sauce. My daughter has hadBuffalo sauce before which I don't understand why it happened. We also ordered onion rings, loaded French fries and a smallcheeseburger pizza. Onion rings were very greasy and soggy and pizza bread was a little hard, not toasted hard but stailed hardas well as the French fries. French fries were dark and could taste the old cooking oil.We did not enjoyed this food at all. Weare new to the neighborhood and just wanted to try something new. Placed an online order at 615pm for a 730pm pick up. Got to the restaurant at 725p and the order was ready except for one... grinder. An older woman started giving me a hard time stating that the grinder had been made and not understanding that it wasmissing. The cashier stated they were about to call me because the order had been sitting for so long. Well, it turns out thatthey made the order right away and it had been sitting for about an hour. Once the cook realized what was going on he stated hewas going to remake everything. While waiting for my new food, the same older woman stated from behind the counter to thecashier that she should have made me take the cold food because I let it wait for so long. I then spoke up and told her it wasplaced for a 730pm pick up (it was now around 740p). I informed her she should take some customer service lessons and shouldhave stopped speaking after arguing over the missing grinder. Long story short - food was good. The cashier and cook saved theexperience, but the older woman is very rude and honestly makes me not want to go back. There are so many other options in thearea there is no need to go and be treated like that. Read more
First time last night I was there very busy for Friday night ordered a sausage grinder everything was fine sausage was good... fresh sauce was good also lady at the front running the register it's very helpful and polite I sure everybody was happy withthe order before they left for pizza will be visiting them again again I have 50 years in the food business and I'm a managercertified ServSafe so I just like to look in try new places good job guys keep up the good work Read more
Changed ownership recently but food is still reliably great, and they're now open 7 days a week

I rarely complain in a review, but last night was too much for me. Since the change in ownership, I?ve felt the quality of the... food has decreased quite a bit. I?ve ordered from here several times since then, hoping it would improve, but it hasn?t. Iordered fish and chips last night and my boyfriend got a meatball grinder. The fish tasted weird and I was concerned it went badbefore frying. My boyfriend offered to split his meatball grinder with me, but warned me it also wasn?t very good. Long storyshort, we both got sick in the middle of the night and have been vomiting on and off all day. I gave them as many chances as Icould, but this is the final straw. I will never go back.
