While i havent worked here for a very long time, I remember helping open this location with the original crew many years ago,... and it has personally been great to see it evolve over the years. The only thing i could bring up is the drive thru getsabsolutely slammed, and the parking lot is kind of difficult. I remember there wasn't really much anyone could do aboutanything, aside from freeing up spots by having employees park across the street by the Subway plaza. Great location, just bepatient with them and if you're in a hurry maybe consider either going somewhere else or leaving earlier for this location. Itsucks being rushed, and bad attitudes just ruin peoples days. Be considerate of the workers here slavin away! Read more

so if you feel like spending 8 1/2 dollars for two iced coffee?s just so you could say you went to Starbucks go right ahead as a... lot of people do. The coffee is fresh and it?s OK but in my book it?s $6.60 for two ice coffees at Dunkin? Donuts less atMcDonald?s and two bucks at Cumberland Farms. Just saying Read more

You don?t laugh at someone?s nut allergy?. She never told the people making the drinks. My boyfriend said something to her. She... told a male there. His response to me was ?everything is subject to cross contamination. If it?s a deadly allergy you probablyshouldn?t get anything.? In shock and awe, I told the girl who LAUGHED at my allergy to take my drink off. If it?s impropertraining or being lazy, completely inappropriate on how to handle an allergy. I?ve been to other locations who CARED and got newparts from the back to make my drink and were sweet, at this location I no longer feel SAFE based on the attitude and lazinessof two different employees. Can't get any order right! Rather than management correct their Staff they attack the customer. Clueless staff. Maybe have an... adult running the shift rather than a bunch of children! Have made us violently ill before. Went back today and same girlreappears at the window, grabs our drink and disappears around the corner with it. Comes back and asks "how's this....." withit in a smaller cup than ordered and originally made. refused the drink and drove away. Not sure what they are up to here butdon't trust them. Read more

First time here and was typical Starbucks food wise and drink were the normal, slightly above Dunkin but overpriced. I expect... this at Starbucks so that was not my issue however I did have issues with a few other things. There seemed to be about 9employees working behind that small area all bumping into eachother and chaos, and although there were that many people workingat one time I wouldn't be waiting ten minutes for my coffee. The biggest issue that I did have however was there were flieseverywhere, landing on food, drinks, customers, employees. Not the first time it happens, but when I order a 30oz its suppose to be 30oz, what is advertised. When you measure this at home... its only 20oz. I pay for 30oz i should get what i pay for. Like i said its not the first time and i doubt it will be the last Read more
