This location has really fallen off in the past few years...not sure if it's because of the lazy kids they keep hiring, or poor... management, but either way i'm done coming here. It's Taco Bell, so you can't expect amazing quality, but getting stale tacoshells 3x in a row is ridiculous. I'll stick with Chipotle or Moe's from now on when I'm in Norwich. Read more
I?ve came to this Taco Bell before and the weren?t that bad, but today it was horrible. I won?t be coming back to this one.I had... dined in today with my family and waited about 30 minutes for 3 number 7?s. Ridiculous! The workers care more about the drivethru then the inside. When the food finally came they forgot the two freezes. The quesadillas were not cut and, the chicken washard as a rock! The only good thing was 1 of the freezes the other one was an exploding mess.Waste of money!! While leaving thisplace we see a man in the parking lot who had waited longer than we had for our food, his food was falling out the bottom of thebad and dripping with I don?t know what.They had also forgot most of his food. ALSO very very disappointed in the ?cleaning? ifyou can even call it that I seen a staff member use the same rags to wipe down the tables, the trash area, the soda machine,door handles, the dirty corners, and the floor!! This place keeps getting worse. They have a habit of getting the orders wrong. More than once the chips were rancid. They are... more than twice the price of other Taco Bells. Place your order on line and the price doubles when you say you are picking it upin Groton. They dropped all of the stuff I used to buy. Now everything comes with sour cream or ranch dressing. We used to goonce a week. After yesterday's, my wife says never again. Chipotle is across the street. Read more
I went to taco bell yesterday with my fiance and son. I am currently with crutches and the kind worker who was waiting for her... food seen me coming and held the door for me. The person who took my order was also very kind and didn't know if I had anyonewith me so he went the extra mile by bringing my food to me. I'm not sure if they will see this review but if you do I wouldlike to thank you both for your kindness towards me. I don't always get great service but you made me feel great even when I wasstruggling. I just got confirmation from the restaurant the two people who helped me are Zykiha and David. They used to be better. My large fry in the photo was less than halfway full and cold. The crunchy tacos we ordered were so... stale we had to throw them out. Read more
The first thing I noticed when we arrived was that there were 2 customers waiting in line that came from drive-thru whose orders... were incorrect. This location is a combo of Tacobell and KFC so my wife and I ordered Tacobell and my daughter ordered a 3 piecetender box with mac n cheese. Her mac n cheese had nasty looking chunks that I assume was burnt food from the bottom of the pan.Her chicken was dry and old. My Baja Blast soda was pure seltzer and my wife's Pepsi had a chemical like after taste. Thislocation has repeatedly shown they take a long time to get the food to the customer and do not provide great customer service orquality of food. The employee handing out the food had earbuds in his ears. To me that isnt good customer service. I wouldadvise skipping this restauraunt and going to another one. Read more
