This is a Covid 19 review. Uncle D?s is a great choice for bbq. We ordered a pound of the pulled chicken and a pound of the... brisket, each with their own sauce on the side. Plenty of seating on a nice cool day. Sweet yes is flavorful and smooth just like in Texas. Brisket is good. I like mine with... lots of fat but they do not have burnt end. Spare ribs were most, lots of meat fat feel of the bone. Easy to get too but watchit for Ct drivers when pulling in they are right up your trunk and might rear end you. They leave no room for error. Avoid the Mac Attack, not worth the cost. My wife and I stopped by their food truck to give them a try. We ordered 2 Mac... Attacks, one with brisket and one with pulled pork. When we got home and sat down to enjoy, we found the containers were lessthan half full. See included photos. Out of curiosity, we even weighed them. Including the container weight, the pulled pork wasonly 9 oz and the brisket one only 10 oz. Not worth the $29 pre-tax cost. You might as well just purchase their 8oz side of Macand Cheese for $6.
