Ordered wings online from the Slice app. Arrived for pickup 20min later and they were not aware of my order. He says the ticket... is stuck in the machine. Not one person in there. I placed an order with someone over there. Unfortunately my brother picked up pizza from the wrong location so ai had to call... and cancel my order. I was nice enough to call ahead and let the place know that I would have to cancel my order and Iapologized for the inconvenience. The little dude thats behind the counter with the thick accent then picked up the phone,proceeded to yell at me, and then threatened to ?report me??I don?t exactly know to WHO? the pizza police?!! Terrible customerservice. It?s unfortunate because they do have good food, but screw that. Ratchet customer service. For that I?ll buy from LaStellas, way better food and service. Read more

Garlic knots and broccoli Alfredo?thankfully the garlic knots were good, which is the one star the broccoli Alfredo was barely... edible. Alfredo sauce was mostly oil, the broccoli was over cooked so much it was a soggy mess. I could only force myself to eathalf, cause I was starving. It was ok. The fries were not cooked correctly and super greasy, yet were not cooked all the way. The wings were a bit rubbery... and when we picked up the food the guy at the counter was a bit rude and tried to argue over what we ordered before finding thebag and handing it to us. Got pizza and wings for first time yesterday. The pizza was worst pizza I have ever had in my lifetime and the chicken wings... were boiled and they just threw hot cheap hot sauce on them in a plastic container. 42 dollars for large pizza and chickenwings that were raw. Please don't waste your money here. After 60 years of living this was the worst food I have ever had.Deserves negative stars!! Read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. I was excited for it to be good, but was highly disappointed. My tenders were freezer burnt,... then fried to the point where it was cracking on the inside. The onion rings were burnt and soggy. They also tasted like fish.Which is obviously a health issue. If someone were to order these with a seafood allergy, they would have ended up with anallergic reaction. The wings were drenched in sauce and way too over cooked. Don?t go here. Read more
