Used the kiosk for 2 hot coffees black, and waited 25 minutes and both had milk and sugar. Poured out and wasted money and time... because poor training by management. Do not got to this McDonald's. Read more
Shake machine is always out of service, long wait times at the drive through, orders are rarely right. Surprisingly however,... the staff is above average for a fast food place when it comes to courtesy and respect. If you order delivery, the service isprompt and spot on. We'll worth the few extra dollars for delivery fee. Read more
Everytime I go I?ve been lucky to encounter carol, she?s always so pleasant and kind. The wait times are always reasonable and... the service is always amazing. All of the ladies that work during the day work very beautiful together and I appreciate all oftheir hard work. Read more
It was good, we use the kiosk as it's easier to see what you are ordering. It's way easier with them cause you can just choose... all of your own add-ons and additional items. Food was good Read more
They usually get your order right, and if they don't they will make it so. If you use the app, it's getting better. Not... perfect but better than say a year ago. Using the app can (if working) save time and importantly- money! Read more

Their drive thru line can get quite congested and chaotic, especially with the idiotic drivers of Norwich. Aside from that, this... seems to be the only McDonald's that doesn't ever mess up an order for me. They are usually prompt with their food service andare the only food establishment open until 11pm-12AM, in the area. *Only complaint ... Their fries are usually old and cold 50%of the time and the other 50% don't have enough salt to say so lol. Also their entrance and exit SUCK! Especially during the"busy traffic" times. Read more
