I spent $32 on 3 quesadillas that were undercooked, very cold. Staff was extremely rude, gave us dirty looks. We walked in and... immediately got a bad smell of grease. Extremely gross, soda was really watered down. Later to find out me and my friends allhave food poisoning. Read more
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Music was blasting garbage pop so loud the cashier (who wasn't very interested in... listening to begin with) couldn't understand our orders. Two of the three where a completely different item. The manager comesover clearly angered by our defiance and unwillingness to accept the wrong orders. The correct burritos where thrown togetherlazily. The food tasted different from any other taco bell I have been to. Dry, bland and missing ingredients. Burritos wherenot folded correctly and spilled out the end. Sanitation is VERY POOR. Tables are sticky and cooks appear to have given up ontheir own personal hygiene. Easily the worst food, service and sanitation I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. Avoid thislocation. Read more
September 8, 2022: Food was cold, so I took it to the counter and told them. The woman behind the counter held up both hands... and said "What do you want me to do about it?". I was very surprised by this response, so I raised my voice and said "I WANT YOUTO MAKE ME ANOHER ONE!". Do you really have to be told this? I see why your review score is so low (3.3). The food is pretty good. The customer service wasn't bad. However the food is kinda highly priced, but hey, what isn't now days?
Ordered KFC on line. I was running late for my pick up time and my order was still not ready! Then they had to make changes to... the order. I had to wait at least 30 minutes which makes it more than an hour after my pick up time! When I got the order home Ifound that they shorted me the dipping sauces that I was charged extra for. The staff was friendly and they took my large orderout to my car for me. I don't think that I will be back to that store again. You cannot order from the Taco Bell side of this restaurant on the Taco Bell app. And I can only assume that the reason why is... because they don't want TB corporate to see how much they are absolutely robbing people. A burrito that is a $2 promotionalproduct at other Taco Bell restaurants costs over $5 here. All of the Taco Bell products are marked up astronomically. Theworkers also don't know what goes in the meals. I ordered a deluxe cravings box for something which was supposed to come with aburrito, chicken chalupa, chips, and a taco. I got given the burrito plus what comes in the regular cravings box which is a BEEFchalupa and cinnatwists instead of chips. For paying that much, I expect to get what I order. Also when the promotion moved onfrom these chalupa boxes to the next promotional thing, they didn't change their menu boards. I have given them a couple ofchances now and have always been disappointed. P.S. the KFC side is pretty mediocre too. Read more
I had the KFC Nashville Hot chicken tenders. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. The place was so busy, but seemed to be staffed... properly for it. Just unorganized and not prepped properly. Tables were not cleaned in between customers is my only bad remark. Read more
Terribly disorganized. The dining room is usually filthy and sticky. Like....old movie theatre floor sticky. Always out of... something. Stupidly overpriced at this location. You can eat a nice sit-down meal for cheaper. One time however my seven layercrunch wrap.was made perfectly and I commend whoever that was. Atleast one of them knows what they are doin.
