The service was excellent. The rooms were clean though a bit dated. The mattress was definitely not plush and the pillows were... a bit lumpy. It's an average/acceptable 3-star hotel conveniently located near King Arthur if you are taking classes. Read more

I would summarize the dining experience here as a deep disappointment. I was part of a wedding party and chose to have stake as... my meal. Despite ordering a medium stake I was presented a tough, undercooked and cold stake. Unfortunately the sides didn'thelp since the green beans were practically raw and tested frozen and the loaded potato was a microwaved one at best. I feltreally bad for the bride and groom since we all left the table still hungry and unsutisfied. Safe to say I will not be returningto this restaurant and I do not reccomend it. Read more

The food is what you expect if you plan to cook using a microwave. The steak which was $31 on the menu was the worst possible... piece you can be served. Probably bought them for cheap and they were likely previously frozen as well. I was in a group ofabout 10 and 8 of us got the steak. Several were rare, we all asked for medium or greater, the "baked" potatoes was clearlymicrowaved and the green beans were not cooked. If I wasn't in a group I would have confronted them and left withouteating/paying. Do yourself a favor and find food elsewhere. Read more

I just had a beer from this inn’s attached brewery that’s in my top few favorite beers of the last few years. It’s called... “There And Back Again,” and it is truly a masterful work of brewing. Savory, toasty, & the correct (read: subtle) amounts ofsour, floral, bitter, and sweet to round it all out. Three cheers to the Norwich Inn brewing team. Read more

Went here for dinner! Food was great but margarita was way too salty. Great service and the outdoor seating is beautiful

A wonderful Inn with a fantastic ambience! The building and rooms are beautiful....there's just the right amount of modern... conveniences to still keep everything "old fashioned". We felt it very much worth the money. Comparing to a more modernmotel/hotel, the Norwich Inn will leave you with lasting memories... Read more

It was excellent for many reasons! Josh is so accommodating and makes you feel like you’re at home. He couldn’t do enough... to make our stay comfortable. He even treated our pets with respect and kindness. Our room was perfectly situated to accessour car and walk the dog. And, the fireplace was a real treat in February! We were originally booked at the Hanover Inn, in apet friendly room, but when we got there they wouldn’t allow us to stay with a caged bunny. They neglected to tell us thatthey had recently changed their policy, and directed us to the Norwich Inn. We make frequent trips to the Dartmouth HitchcockHospital, and need a place to stay close-by. Needless to say, we will never go to the Hanover Inn. The Norwich Inn is truly aNew England gem offering a clean, well-appointed room with good old fashioned hospitality! Thank you, Josh. Read more
