The food tasted how it should always be, but they got my fiancé?s order wrong. He requested no bacon and they slathered on two... pieces of bacon on his order. We reminded them a few times as well. I didn?t realize the prices increased so much to the pointwhere a typical meal is equivalent to a chain restaurant/local burger joint. If you?re really hungry, i recommend searching forlate night joints rather than resorting to bk as your first option. Read more

I very rarely wrote reviews - things have to be real good or real bad. I have been to this location three times, and my order... was wrong three times. The first time they forgot the sauce that I had requested, which wasn't a deal-breaker but was a bummer.The second time the person at the window misheard when I asked for mozzarella sticks and said jalapeno poppers instead. I toldhim no, not jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks. I ended up with both, and charged for both. Not a huge deal, wasn't worthturning around and going back for a $1.50 worth of food. The third time, today, I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal with nopickles. I got a regular Whopper with no lettuce. I'm a vegetarian and couldn't even eat it. I didn't have time to turn aroundand go back to ask them to fix it because I was on my way to work. If I had had the time to turn around, I would have chosen abetter place to eat than Burger King. I will not ever be coming to this location again, even if it is on my way to work. Read more
Literally the worse experience I have ever had, the guy could not get the concept no mustard no ketchup. Both burgers were... messed up and it took 6 times telling him what we wanted, finally after talking to him like he was 3 yrs old, he got it. If Icould give a negative 5 stars, I would. Read more

Stay away from ordering fries and drinks and stick to their 2 for 7 or value menus and you have a deal. Otherwise you're better... off going to a casual restaurant. Got my kid a small chicken sandwich meal and it was 11 and change.....like other fast foodjoints, starting to turn into a quick rip off...you have to know how to work the menu and get the most for your money. Walked in the front door to assume it would be faster the drive thru I was wrong. Walked in front door to a customer getting... yelled at by two employees. After that customer asked multiple times how she wanted her food with perfect English. Employeeswere annoyed it seemed. After waiting 7 minutes for that issue to be resolved even though her mail should have been comped.Finally got to me made my expensive order for a sandwich outrageous prices. The gentleman in front of me had his order allwrong. The other gentleman had his order wrong as well. I kind of predicted mine would be wrong. It wasn?t but she did ask methree times what I ordered. Seems that locations needs to be retrained or maybe let go and start fresh. I came to this locationbefore the remodel seems like it just got worse.
