Was here last Saturday for my birthday lunch/early dinner. Sat outside on the patio and was served by a personable gentleman... that I didn't catch his name, but he was great! Extra star for him! We had the lobster roll and prime rib. Lobster roll waspretty good, not a lot of mayo and nice big chunks of lobster. Fries were just average fries. Prime rib, eh, I've had better. Really no flavor to it. Asked for it rare. One side was cooked and the other was raw, but I ate it. I did take it out of theflavorless au jous pond and move it to another plate so it wouldn't keep cooking. I was craving a steak, not tips, and not aprime rib either. I would not order the prime rib again. I will come back to Conrad's to try other menu items. Spiced applesangria, sounded awesome, but tasted like a scented candle would taste. Again, great waiter! Service was fantastic, but the food wasn't anything to write home about. Went with a group, and while no one's food was... downright bad, nobody was raving about it. Drinks were good, they had a nice variety. The "famous" steak tips were a definiteletdown, again not gross - but we all agreed we'd had better. Wish they had more seating that isn't bar height. In the dead ofsummer a high stool isn't the best option for a 5' female in a dress. Read more
Old family standby for a great family meal. Lots of menu choices and full bar. Off street parking. Love both the steak tips and... scallops. Clam chowder is also good. Read more
I actually went there for a function. The food was outstanding. The steak tips were unbelievable so tender, juicy and flavorful.... The turkey tip were just as good. The chicken parm was delicious. Crisp fresh salad. The only thing I didn't like was the ricepilaf, but then again I never cared for that. If you go I think you will have a enjoyable and delicious experience. Read more
It's is lovely neighbourhood restaurant. Italian and American. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered a Bruschetta as... the appetizer, Norwood's Finest steak with vegetables and a calzone. The food was delicious. And to top it we ordered a browniesundae. Which is over the moon. The place is popular among the locals to have their gathering and parties since they haveprivate dining areas. Read more
