I am giving this place a one star tonight because the manager tonight was very disrespectful. She hung up the phone when my... husband was still speaking, as he stated he was sorry for the inconvenience of the order being placed incorrectly, we called andcalled and she didn?t pick up the call. So I went to the store and she was very rude had no customer service skills. She wasswearing at me in a conversation I asked for her name and she said NO the owner will be there. She kept looking at me in thestore I asked why she mad with she told me ? can?t you read the room? she than ask the other worker to give her my food so Ican leave. One of the drivers was there just speaking on a cause where he had no place. I am very disappointed as this place isnormally very good when i order. Placed an order for pickup and arrived 40 minutes later, I was told my food was still cooking. After waiting 5 minutes for it to... finish cooking, the clerk realized they had everything besides my pizza and told me I'd have to keep waiting while they made it.Half my dinner was cooked already and sitting, and they asked me to wait another 20 minutes. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and some buffalo chicken bites, which showed up on time, but they gave me a different... sandwich than what I ordered. So I called to let them know and after explaining it 3 times the manager offered to make me a new,correct sandwich and have it delivered in 30 minutes free of charge. Sadly no picture taken of the food. I call in and say I want a large $7.99 pizza. Chicken, Bacon, Ranch. They say okay thank... you. I get there they charge me $16.99 because its a specialty. Well you should have told me it wasn't going to be $7.99 when Itold you what I wanted. They also added tomatoes on it. So, it was chicken, bacon, ranch and tomatoes. I'm so done with this company every time I order and my boyfriend picks up our food it is wrong it is a simple order and it is... constantly wrong on my end, I also refuse for my man to go back late at night when he has worked hard. Need to start payingattention instead of blasting your music regardless I walked in there one day and you had nothing but music swearing andeverything this is a job not a party spot get the orders right. All the negative reviews about this place seem to be about their terrible delivery service which I can?t comment on since I?ve... ordered takeouts most of the time over the weekends. But I?d describe my experience with this place as follows- First thingsfirst, this place is a small delivery/ takeout domino?s chain. Online ordering is hassle free and easy. If you?re trying to callin, beware you?ll have to wait a long time especially on the weekends when their phones are constantly ringing and they have notime to answer them because of the overwhelming orders and customers at their doorstep (believe me, I?ve seen this). Even afterplacing your order, your pizza won?t be ready at the stated time and there will be some delays but not a whole lot. Talkingabout the food itself, I feel like the quality is a hit or a miss depending on the day of the week. Generally speaking, all thetimes that I?ve ordered have been over the weekend and were decent enough. We?ve had chicken wings, pizza and coke, garlicbreads and some other stuff from their menu and all were delicious.
