If you?re a person who depends on their coffee in the morning I suggest you not go to this location I?ve been to this location... multiple different times on multiple different occasions just to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but every single timethat I went it was always the same results my coffee has coffee grains all filled in it mind you I went through drive-throughI?m on my way to work I don?t have time to be turning around So that my coffee could be made properly coffee is almost 6 dollarsthat?s expensive for a cup of coffee for it to not meet its quality standards And just for the coffee to be thrown out becauseit was so disgusting that you couldn?t even drinking it Read more
Couldn't understand what I was ordering and when I finally made it too the window they still got my order wrong and charged... me$3.25 more than what I got cost. So disappointed that I just left without my change ( hahaha they received a good tip fornothing). It was my favorite dunkies until now. Wanted to call corporate office but I know what it's like to not have a job inthese trying times. Made a mobile order, when I got my order they didn?t put the whip cream on the drink but I asked nicely and she did it quick for... me. Left and then realized the drink also didn?t have the swirl in it. The sticker was correct so I?m not sure how they messedthat up. If using the drive thru be sure to get sweetener on the side. They don't like sweetening the drinks. It must slow them down.... Even though the tag on the cup is accurate the drink is not sweetened most of the time. Read more
