I'm so disappointed with Friendly's now. Portions are tiny. Food tastes like dog food. I bought 2 sundaes, barley any sauce.... Bill came to $60 for 2 people. We ordered 1 appetizer and 1 burger and 2 sundaes. Never again. Place smells bad. Read more
The food was pretty good but I ordered curbside and they never brought it out. I waited ten minutes after the time they said it... would be ready (35 minutes total for one burger and fries) when i went inside it was sitting on the counter. It was stillsomewhat warm. Fairly nice restaurant. I got the homestyle turkey dinner and the big kids chicken and rice garden. Did not eat in but got it to... go. The turkey dinner was a bit bland but the chicken and rice was great. The wait also wasn't bad. Between a 15 to 20 minutewait. Read more

Sat down next to a long table that had not been cleared. By the time we left, I asked our waitress about it as it was still... there. She said it was someone else?s table and they were on break. Decided to give Friendly's a try tonight and super disappointed. My online order wasn't ready, so I watched this poor teenager... scramble to get it together quickly, he forgot multiple items so I had to request them. Then I get home and this $100 Cobb saladmight barely be worth $5, I'm sad I even paid $15. The kid clearly didn't know how to make it, it has ingredients on it that itshouldn't and then missing important ingredients as well? Also maybe 10 shreds of lettuce in this bowl. No dressing. I feel veryripped off. It is important to stress to these employees that getting an order correct is WAY more important than rushing. Iunderstand they are probably short staffed, but that shouldn't jeopardize my experience. I would have gladly waited an extra 20minutes if it meant I would have had the correct order the first time.
