11/20 horrible service, can?t get help from employees at all. I counted 8 of them doing everything and nothing.

Very poorly run drive thru. Should not have 2 lanes if one will be served and other will wait for 6 cars to go in front. Not fun... with 2 hungry and tired kids in car screaming. Go in left lane to skip 6 cars. Sorry if your in right lane will be waiting 15-20min place order as you watch the 6 cars that came after you go in front of you and leave. Then they will get your order wrongand will have to wait for them to swear at you when you voice frustration. Read more

Put in a mobile order. Have the code to the drive through and waited through the long line. When I got to the window, the mobile... order showed as completed on my app. The employee claimed to not see my order in the system. I was charged for the food withoutgetting it. Then the two employees at the drive through suggested I just go back around and reorder in the drive through insteadof just making my order right there. Poor customer service skills. I've tried contacting someone on the app however there is noreal method to put in for a refund for food I never got. ......Still a month later I have not received a refund. The corporateoffice sent me an email a couple weeks ago saying my request was noted and that they would encourage the franchise owner toreach out. Please beware this owner must be well aware that the employees are horrible and that he steals money through the app. Read more

I don't normally frequent fast food, so I can't say if this experience is normal. That said, I placed a curbside order, the app... set an expectation of 5 minutes waiting. 11 minutes later I called the store, nobody answered. I drove to the drive thru, nobodyanswered. A new car came and went through the 2nd lane while I was waiting. I drove up to the window and they finally took careof me. Just not what I expected for fast food. Read more

This McDonald's is extremely slow. Only come here if you have 20+min to wait, even for monike orders. They are constantly taking... drive thru orders out of turn (you can be waiting at one much longer than those who chose the other line). The employees arealways miserable. Every once in a while they have a good day where it seems like they are on top of things, but 90% of the timeit is not a pleasant experience coming here. Food is good though. Read more

I?ve been going to this place late at night for years, even back when the service was really slow at night. The speed of service... has gotten much better but tonight my experience was awful. I was instantly greeted through the intercom by impatience andattitude. Upon arriving at the window the woman was complaining about how the car in front of me drove off without paying. (Thereason they did so was because the employee was claiming that it is cash only, well after ordering the food). She told me thatit was ?cash only? then continued to rant about how the previous customer was selfish. I stated that I don?t have cash and thecustomer isn?t selfish. ?After all you already made the food and you were going to throw it away anyways? the employees smirkedand eagerly went to get my food. Someone who knew how to work the register quickly took my credit payment and I left with myfood. Before leaving the parking lot, I took one bite of fry?s and realized that they were ice cold. I threw away the entiremeal because if this ghetto person was willing to mess with my fries and give me old @$$ fries then how else did she mess withmy food? I didn?t catch this employees name but she was a short, fat, African American product of a single mother. As someonewho has worked in the food industry for years, I can say with confidence that she does not have what it takes to make it atMcdonnald's. The opening hours say this is a 24/7 but when I went there at 11pm all the doors were closed (although there were people inside... ordering food). Both drive through lanes were backed up and the screens were off. We waited in that lane for 10 minutes withoutany movement before we finally gave up. Read more

This place is horrible. Staff doesn't care, the manager has an attitude and the order comes out COMPLETELY wrong. This isn't... just my order, this chaos was affecting both in-store customers and the drive-up. Close this place down and regroup with newpersonnel. Horrible service! McDonald's should be ashamed. I wouldn't care if they closed this place down. I would drive furtherout, if needed for better service. Read more
