This has got to be the worst Taco Bell. I?d say 75% of the time the order is wrong. They once gave me a Mexican pizza sideways... in the bag so it was a mound of mush. Do better. Read more
Drive thru sucks. Only will go inside to order. Don't know how to run a drive thru. Taking 10 minutes per car. Will drive to a... different taco bell next time. Seems understaffed. Read more
This new spot on 1A is so convenient. Less time in a waiting line. 9-8-22Went inside to order food today, nice and clean inside,... the restroom was very clean. Although there were several night crew working preparing the food, They looked like they weretotally Chaotic back there. 9/4/22 update. Just got two full-size sodas with no ice and they were warm and flat. How would you hand that out to anybody?... Awesome job (Old post) i don't like randomly smash companies and give bad reviews I'd like to just give criticism in a healthymanner Taco Bell is always good but for some reason the one right down the street in the Walpole Mall is much more consistent,I've been to this newer Taco Bell around four times in each and three out of the four times I either got the wrong order (whichdidn't make me mad because most of the food is the same anyways) And then I also had some stale taco shells. So we're kind offour and 0 at this point. Food is great for Taco Bell standards, but where this place shines is the staff. I've had more friendly conversations getting my... food here than I do at any food place in the city. The managers (one named Mike I think) are very professional and welcoming,their staff are very diverse and incredibly nice. Will be coming back for that reason alone... pay them more Read more
Absolutely terrible service. 15 minute wait for 4 cars at the drive thru and EVERY ITEM WAS WRONG. Burrito had sour cream when... it was specifically asked for none. Ordered and paid for 2 tacos and only got one. Even the sauce was not what I ordered.Complete ripoff, lunch ruined. Unacceptable... Never going here again! Read more
