We've ordered from our local Subway several times and have always had a pleasant experience, but this one showed their wonderful... customer service and we had to share! When we picked up, we didn't notice there was an item missing until after we arrived backhome and finally sat down to eat - which was a solid hour after pickup. When we called, the individual that had prepared ourorder immediately recognized that she did not prepare the missing item and, without hesitation, they prepared it and deliveredit to us right away. Food was delicious ???? love eating there
Lettuce was bad and slimy. When asked if they had more they said no. After I began to pay for my food the male worker began... getting out fresh lettuce to put out. Very disappointed and hope my child does not get sick from eating bad lettuce. Read more
Our food was fresh. Inside was clean And the service was fast with great customer service. However, the parking lot and outside... of building was very dark and creepy, The Subway sign was even off. Major concern for the elderly or single mom with kids.Overall I still give a 5 star though just because the young employees were very polite and that?s hard to find in most places in2022? Read more

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. The staff in there is young teen girls that have no respect for the company... itself or for the customers. Im sitting here looking at the phone ring back after back which tells me its a customer and theyare not answering the phone and standing around talking. Not even trying to answer the phone. This subway needs new managementand employees asap. Read more
