One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Their portions are larger, so easy to split between two or three people. I always have... leftovers when I share with one other person. The spicy chicken rigatoni is to die for. I always get a side of sauce becausesometimes it can get a little dry. There are a lot of great food options available. The environment is so aesthetic. There areall kinds of photos and ornaments decorating the entire restaurant and each room has its own theme. You’ll never get tiredlooking around and will see something new each time you go! I am not sure why the ratings for this restaurant aren’t higher. We had an excellent time there. The food was delicious and... the service was incredible. We reserved the room in the back and they treated us like kings and queens. I would highlyrecommend this restaurant. (The only issue is parking…. It gets a little crowded.) Read more

I know my wife wanted Italian, and had suggestions to try this place. Just about floored when our server told us that entrées... are family style. Small feeds about 3 people, and large about 5. We ordered a four pasta sampler, fettuccine alfredo, chickenparmesan and garlic bread. They were so delicious, each about $20 or so each. There on the 26th, 1 day after my birthday and 1day prior to my oldest son's birthday, we were treated to two massive birthday sundaes. Each is $18.99, but free for ourbirthdays! Each one is served in a massive martini glass and feeds 4-6 persons. Needless to say, we took 7 to-go containers, two with brownies, ice cream and about 4 cans of whipped cream home. Please for the love of food, do not eat here. This is the most ridiculous, most cluttered, most classless place you can imagine.... At first when you see the menus, the food looks like someone made it out of plastic for the photo op. Next you see the pricesand it's so high. Then once the plate comes out you understand the price but why is a plate that size even necessary? Zeroauthenticity when it comes to true Italian food. Two thumbs down for Buca di merda. Read more

Completely outstanding! The GM came over and introduced herself. She made sure everything was adequate. It was my bachelorette... party and they allowed us to push two tables together so i could see and talk to everyone. The server was patient andunderstanding with us even though our order was confusing. We had a great meal and great fellowship. Can't wait to go back! Read more

Treating a girl like she ought to. Taking her out for dinner and shopping. Great place to eat for sure. Gotta love Italian food... though. Restaurant serves everything family style. In other words, very large portions. Food was great. Service was great. Allaround a great experience. Plenty of leftovers to have later.. Well done Buca. Huge portions. Bruchetta was delicious. Mozzarella cheese app was fantastic. The chicken limone is always our favorite, but I... really enjoyed the tomato sauce that was used in the other dishes also. There was something about it that made me want more evenafter I was full. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 was that the service was poor. The hosts were not paying attentionand when asked questions they were short and not helpful. We had made a reservation but werent given a highchair or kids menus,as requested. We were also celebrating a birthday but that was never acknowledged. Our server wasn't at the table very much atall. Really great, decadent Italian good that will require a HEFTY nap afterwords. Service was very friendly and the entire inside... decor is so incredibly charming and comfortable. Bathrooms are also fun with their posters and art. Everything we got wasdelicious but in particular we loved their cranberry gorgonzola green apple salad, their stuffed pasta shells, and their creamychicken carbonara.
