This location is by-far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I did an online order for my kids, everything was good until I had... to go in the line so I could get my bowl. I went and got my bowl and went home, the chicken was burnt. I tried calling it butthey didn't answer the phone, I went back to get it remade. The chicken was still burnt. I ordered a VEGGIE bowl. I wanted most of everything else. With each serving I had to ask for a little more. I do not know... whether servers are instructed on portion control or not. My portions barely covered the tip of the spool. My pleas for a littlemore were met with an obvious disapproval. And also I have always found that Chipolte's ingredients have always been fresh. Notthis time. This time it did not look appealing and was lacking in its usual good flavor. I still love Chipolte but have decidedthat I will drive the extra distance for a better experience. Heck yeah! This is a picture of my chicken bowl from today with DOUBLE chicken?.. but where?s the chicken? Hands down the worst... location I?ve been to. Never pays attention to special instructions when ordering online and staff seems careless. Also 8/10times they are out of vinaigrette when the employees are just sitting around! Read more
The service here is terrible. The people behind the counter are rude, disinterested and act as if you?re a bother to them.... Furthermore, you get rice, they give you a tiny scoop. They give you tiny scoops of chicken too, then you have to ask for alittle more and they charge double when it wasn?t a full portion to begin with. I?m not some 300 lb person either but theyclearly aren?t giving the moneys worth. Then ultimately it cost like $15 for one burrito that you waited on for over 30 minsEVERY TIME. Go to another location, you will be happy you did. And to the kids behind the counter I just gotta say, fix theattitude. You?ll go nowhere treating ANYONE like that. Was ordering food and apparently a new employee gave me ?too much cheese? and started to belittle the employee for doing so as... they were ?short on cheese? as I tried to comfort the new employee for being belittled in front of a full line, the Manager?David? probably not his real name, picks up my bowl in an angry episode and throws it in the trash can??.. can?t make thisstuff up. As I was taking his picture he also gave me and my buddy the middle finger. The whole line was looking at this man indisbelief. Look at the camera and you will see the whole interaction. Super bizarre. I?ve never seen anything like it. We askedthe employee who the manager was and, to my utter disbelief, they said it was him. After I asked the employee if they would makeme another bowl, they cowardly expressed that ?they couldn?t make it if ?David? said not to.? Alright I have tried to give this place a couple tries but it?s just not meant to be. There is usually a problem every time I... have come. A list of the problems include: -Chip fryer down (no chips) -credit card readers not working -food not relaxed online which extended wait times -Soda machines not working Also overall the staff is not the friendliest. Great location and food however, the young folks working the Frontline need to keep the outside conversations and joking to a... minimum when preparing customers food or just wear a mask! I would still recommend! Read more
