Food is always hot and delicious. Staff is wonderful! They work super hard to get the orders out while still being short... staffed. Anyone who is complaining are talking about delivery, which takes longer by any company who delivers, especiallyDoordash. Don't listen and give the Norwood location a chance. If you order carryout online and pick it up yourself, it'sprompt, hot, tasty, awesome deals, and your food is handed to you with a smile. Very grateful for this store!! Read more

I ordered a pizza that was never delivered. I had to drive after a busy day to ask in store if I would be refunded since the... pizza never arrived. The employees immediately started screaming and shouting and placing blame on me for not answering myphone. I explained that I was working and called back immediately and the phone went to a dead line. They then told me someonesaid we don?t live there anymore, which is completely false and if the driver knocked on our door there would of been an answersince my partner was home all day. 2 employees continued to scream at me across the store and investigate and ask me to explainwhat I was doing all day if I?m only coming to check my order now, I explained I don?t need to recall my day for him as acustomer. The female store manager laughed in my face, continuously shouted at me, interrupted me and gave the other employeeswho tried to help us another task to do so that they couldn?t. I had to take a video as proof that we were being screamed atacross a store as customers. I am absolutely appalled and will be contacting the supervisors with the video footage. Read more
The order arrived incorrectly and when I tried to call them to change my order, what they did was treat me rudely and apart from... how I told them that I wanted my delivery of what I ordered, the call was blocked, it is sad that one is a customer for a longtime and I hardly have a problem and they treat one like that Read more
I've been a customer to this location for the 4 years I've been at Xavier and I've had problems with it since day one.... Unfortunately, this is the closest place to campus that is open late. Terrible customer service and seems like most of theemployees could care less about the customer. Ordered a pizza over an hour before close tonight and never received my pizza andwas told it was out for delivery after calling an hour into the wait. I will be making a complaint to corporate tomorrow morningbecause I'm so hungry/mad. UPDATE: After an hour and 45 minute wait I received a cold, burnt pizza with no apology orcompensation for this poor service, not to mention it just tastes awful. Hey, so long as expectations are kept realistic, this is a cheap pizza place that is the only walk in restaurant in this entire... town open after 10pm... and they are open hecka late, just for the record, it isn't awful. Is it good? Well, it's hot. Does itconsist of high quality ingredients, I'd counter by saying, you can watch them make it, and that's almost as good.
