Please just change this location to permanently closed. Every time I try to stop by on my break it is ?temporarily closed? and... it?s been that way for a year. Ordered a "freaky fast" delivery because I was short on time and didn't want to spend 20 minutes running around buying lunch.... After 30 minutes had passed and my order was still "being made", I realized this was a mistake. Called to see what was going onand was passed off a couple times, no apology, and was told they couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. 20 more minuteswent by and the delivery was finally made. Of course, when I tried to scarf it down before a meeting (because I only had 5minutes left to eat), I realized the sandwich was made incorrectly. Paid $17.39 for 2 16inch sandwiches and got 2 8inch sandwiches. It was anything but "freaky fast" I got a drink..no straw and... the manager has thee worst attitude. Don't even bother going. Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. I?m absolutely disgusted by this place. Absolutely horrific customer service. I had to tell... them what sandwich I wanted at least 6 times when all i wanted was a BLT plus a few things. They continued to make it wrong. Themanager acted really ghetto and impolite. I work in the area and have been stopping by this store for the last couple months. They always greet you as soon as you walk in... and are quick to get your order, make your food and get you back on the road. Last week, everyone and their brother must'veordered unwiches and they were out. Someone on the line immediately went over and started prepping more, handing over the firstone back to the line so they could start making my order. It did take longer than usual but I completely understood thesituation and they made it right as quick as they could. I didn't think twice about it and went on with my day. When I went intoday, they immediately recognized me, apologized again for the previous delay and comped my sandwich. I already enjoyed eatinghere but today showed me they really go above and beyond for the customer! Read more
I usually don?t have problems at this location but the last two times have taken over an hour for my delivery to get to me.... Tonight I called to make a change to my order and the girl who answered didn?t know how to fix it which didn?t bother me but sheprobably should?ve placed me on hold because I could hear her complain about her coworkers and cuss.. just seemed prettyunprofessional when other locations I?ve been to are very kind and professional towards their customers.
