Great customer service. They were very patient with me. Offered suggestions. And food was hot.
Great person at counter,but food service speed was ultra slow.Waited 15 minutes and they were just starting my meal.Got a refund... and left.If you want fast food this is not the place. Read more
Absolute worst experience I?ve ever had buying food. There was ZERO basic human communication. We waited for over 30 minutes... while other people got their food. Then when we asked for a refund we were laughed at. Rude, disrespectful and very dirty. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru to order at 8:00pm and was yelled at that they were done taking orders for the night. Being done... taking orders for the night is fine (despite actually closing two hours later), however what isn?t fine is yelling at thecustomers who doesn?t know any better that you?re done before closing time. I fully understand that the service world is chaoticatm and they are more than likely understaffed but it wouldn?t hurt to have a twinge of customer service when working in fastfood. Read more
