Well, I came in this restaurant, and as I came in, I waited to be helped, it seems like warren didn't want to assist me with my... large bowl I wanted to purchase on my lunch break, He seemed very off when I was waiting, but very talkative with the whitecouple behind me! so the young man that helped me was very kind, I ordered a large sausage bowl, my pasta seemed very not muchin my large expensive bowl, I asked for more pasta to the black line because it's a large bowl, and he did exactly what I liked!He also gave me more sauce then any other Piada place that I've been too and it was very delicious. And the Warren guy thatdidn't seem to want to help me as the next in line, he made sure that he supervised and watched the young kind black man makewhat I asked for, and made me uncomfortable to watch Warren watch the guy that made my bowl properly! And I also watched Warrenmake sure I got a extra pasta charge for pasta as well, hmmm, very strange! And as I checked out, I watched Elisa make sure Iwas charged and I had watch her make sure she didn't close the lid and I had to ask for a bag, there was no greetings oranything or a thank you for visiting from Elisa the cashier! She just made sure I was extra charged, I wanted to give a tip tothe young black man for taking the time to make sure I was satisfied with my large bowl I purchased, my total rounded up to $13and Elisa made sure that my tip was not accepted to give to the young black gentleman employee that showed some respect towardsme as a customer! And then I had to ask for a cup of water twice. I will not be back to this location again! I have beenvisiting Piada every sense they business started in Cincinnati! But the extra charges in the large bowls is rediculous. I wouldorder a small bowl for a small size portion. But no. Piada is one of my favorite restaurants, this location in particular is the best. Their hospitality is amazing, the management... team interacts with the guests very frequently, and the team members are very polite. It is always very clean, and the food isgreat quality. The pasta is never mushy or brittle. There is very little wait time because the line moves so quickly, and theynever run out of chicken like other locations. The manager of this location, Adrian, frequently helps me when I come in and doesan amazing job. Read more
Excellent portions and flavor. Very clean restaurant with friendly staff during my visit. This is a strong 4? from me. The... grilled chicken was very fatty to an inedible point. Rest of the meats looked fine. Their bacon was next level good. Would begood to add in another trash can on the opposite side of store. Overall, great experience. Read more

The lunch workers are fantastic and I love to come in. In the evening it?s a different story? constantly forgetting things and... portion size is significantly different. Not sure if it was just that specific worker but me and two of my friends did not have a great experience. One friend asked for... no tomato three times and they still put the biggest handful on her pasta, another asked for regular chicken, and they gave herhot chicken, they only put one tiny of scoop of pasta in mine. I'm a Piada loyalist. This is hands down the best one in the Cincinnati area. Food is excellent and the customer service was... friendly. Cleanliness was better than the Piadas in Hyde Park and Mason, but still could use more frequent table cleaning. Read more
