very slow on doordash and doesn?t know how to awnser their phone.
Usually no problems with this location but today when they ran out of a topping, an employee left a voicemail about it with an... attitude and said they'd try calling back soon. They didn't even wait enough time for me to listen to the message. I then spamcalled them for 15 min with no one ever answering the phone. At some points I was transferred to random call centers, who justtransferred me back to the store. When I arrived at the store their phone was not ringing at all. I told them their phone is notworking and they were not surprised. When I tried to pay for my order, my app had glitched or something and left me still owinga few dollars. Read more

Food always good, front end lady, kinda snotty,didn't give or get her name, but the cook Ronnie was great, he was engaging very... helpful, went over and beyond to be helpful. Read more

Food is great but customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I ordered online and the payment glitched. My card was charged,... but my order wasn't processed (unknown to me at the time). I called the location 6 times to find out if they got my order, butno one ever answered. The call center was less than helpful as well as I kept being blind transferred to people who neveranswered. It's not the same as childhood.... this used to a favorite of mine. Not any more. The manager /cashier was as rude as possible. ... I will not ever return to a pizza hut because of this experience. We work to hard for our money and we spend it wisely... sowith that said there are plenty of other businesses to support. Support them. Not pizza hut. Read more

Very disappointed!! Im charged extra for double mushrooms and theres hardly ANY on it. In fact, we doubled up on thr other... toppings too and those arent doubled up either. We ordered another pizza with normal amounts of toppings and it looks betterthan the pizza we doubled up on! We were also charged extra for our second pizza because we put different toppings on half ofthe pizza. These were not extra toppings they were just different than the left side! Guess we will just go back to Domino?s orPizza Pipeline!! Read more
