This was the worst customer service, very rude, and didn't care at all. Tossed food out the drive thru , mexican pizza not in... the box in the bottom of bag & said it was our fault. Who wants to eat that. Just happened 12/7/22 9:30pm. How do you keeppeople like this? From viewing other comments at this store, it seems they don't care either. Read more

Ordered TWO quesadillas, a Mexican pizza, a Doritos locos tacos and a side of the quesadilla jalapeño sauce. Got to the window... after an eternity, and was greeted kindly by the girl who took my payment. After checking my food I found only ONE quesadilla inthe bag. I shared that I was missing a quesadilla and she asked me to hold. When she came back she asked me to check the bottomof the bag. I checked and let her know there was only one. She asked another lady who asked me to check the bag and afterchecking again I shared the same result. The second lady then confirmed what I figured had happened, I was only charged for oneand I said that it was ok and that I?d like to order another. She said ?ok? and asked me to hold on. Up to this point all of theexchanges were cordial and non-confrontational. A large angry dude comes to the window and immediately raises his voice and sayshe took my order and that I only ordered one. I disagreed, he grew louder and seeing it was pointless to continue discussingwhat may have actually happened, I asked to order another quesadilla again so that I could dip it into the extra sauce I wasjust overcharged for. He refused stating he had a long line of cars behind me and sent me along without a receipt. Even if I hadonly ordered one quesadilla (I ordered two) this was the opposite of what customer service should be. It seems the other reviewson this store are accurate. This was also my second and last poor experience at the store which is unfortunate because I justmoved into the neighborhood and was excited about 4th mealing here all the time. The first time I visited was ~20 mins prior toclose and they were already almost done cleaning everything up to leave for the night. The employees wouldn?t even make eyecontact with me or any of the other cars behind me that day to at least wave us off. They also close the dining room over anhour earlier than their hours state so you are forced to queue in the drive thru to receive the c Read more

I had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive through line, there were 2 cars in front of me. I don?t know what made the first car... take so long but I overheard them tell the car in front of me to wait for several minutes before telling them it was cash only, which is ridiculous. If you are cash only it?s cool, but put it somewhere where people can see before they spend 20 minuteswaiting. Read more

Turned around... immediate 3 mins till close he told me they already closed kitchen to come back tomorrow I told manager I'm in Lexington kycan't come back and he didn't care just wanted to close early. As so eone who is in food service you are paid to be there andopen for hours of operation not what is convenient for you. Read more

As a pedestrian, I attempted to enter the Norwood, OH dining room at approximately 5:30 PM. Doors were locked. I then stood in... the drive thru for 15 minutes. The line was quite long. When I arrived to the window, I was told they don't take walk-ups,because it is against their policy. I explained to the man at the window that I had been in line for quite some time, the doorswere locked, and could they just please take an order. He refused. I get it. There are policies that employees have to follow. But I was upset about the dining room being closed (during rush hour and dinner time.) So I asked the gentleman at the windowfor a regional/district manager's number. The man literally became irate and told me to leave his window and he would notprovide me with any information whatsoever. (I spoke with a corporate complaint line representative that evening when I arrivedhome. According to them, the dining room was not supposed to be closed.) He attempted to close the window with my elbow restingon the window track. Assault maybe?? After going back-and-forth for several minutes, and still refusing to give me uppermanagement's information, he finally said he was going to call the police. Almost laughable. I told him to go right ahead. Imoved out of the line, so the other customers could get their food. The police were there within minutes. When they walked up tome and saw me in my business attire from work, they literally started laughing. They didn't even ask me for my ID or NAME asthey saw I was not a threat. I simply told them I wanted to have corporate's number because I was refused service. They walkedup to the window and asked the man for his name and corporate's number (per my request.) Surprisingly, he all of a sudden hadall the information for them, that I was not provided. I have opened up a complaint against this particular establishment.Unbelievably, nasty and poor customer service. I understand policies, but the way he handled it was absolutely egr Read more

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell in the area. Take the time to go to the Red Bank Rd location instead. The staff were friendly... at least, which is a welcome change for this location. Read more
