After a long day at work i was hungry and really needed some good food. As i ordered the person on the speaker was rude and when... i got my order, the drink was wrond, it spilled on me because the cup had a hole in it and they completely messed up my order.Waste of money just like the other fast food around it. So today after ordering a sandwich of which they were out if ingredients for the sandwich ( not communicated when I ordered it)... went back to store and was told they didn't have any... so I politely asked for a refund. THE MANAGER REPEATED (2) TWICE SHECANT GIVE REFUNDS.. Apparently you fail as a manager as well. Not only did you lie twice. You failed to keep a basic inventoryfor the products you sell. Now- I am a mgr.. and have contacted your employer. Have a great day. You lied. Period. If she islying to your guests check the rest of anything she has her hands in. Read more
This location gets three stars. The potato wedges were good and hot! The hot honey chicken sandwich not so hot! And was given a... 3/4ths full medium size cup of Coke...just fill to the beam and cover with lid. Customer service was decent but not quick to beefficient and fast (had customers waiting via drive - thru). Read more
Unfortunately this has been one of the least satisfactory consistent experiences I have had a Wendy's. I have visited multiple... times, but each visit resulted in wrong orders, missing items, and lack of receipt paper. Whether it be given the wrong items,or missing basic items like napkins, straws, condiments, or even larger portions of the order; it has been an unpleasantexperience. Ordered 2 Double Stacks Which Were Extremely Dried Out!! Floors Were Dirty!! Employee Was Using Profanity, Which Is TOTALLY... Unacceptable AND Not Necessary!! Just visited this location on 7/31/22. Worst service I've ever had from Wendy's. The lady answering the Drive thru was extremely... rude and kept cutting me off. I ordered a $4 for 4 which comes with a small drink which is attached, this drink is 100% NOT asmall. This looks like a mini or something because I have had much larger "smalls" from Wendy's. My Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger wasmissing the bacon. Tried calling the store and got no answer. Will not be returning. Read more
Waited at the drive thru order kiosk for about 5 minutes, intermittently saying hello to no avail. Pulled up to the window,... explained the wait and that we wanted to place an order. The extremely rude young lady cut us off and said we had to go backthrough the line. She was one of the nastiest customer service person I?ve ever encountered. The manager was no better.
